As I explained earlier, the 6:44 is backed by a screenshot and it's not the first time I see this sort of movement with seconds going fowards and then backwards. The 3060 queue is experiencing a similar situation right now with 3 people reporting a 9:01 movement when a person with a 9:00:44 continues to report no email yet and a "no" status, im in daily contact with this person and consider the report trustworthy.
 
The one good thing about my reports is that I do not control the emails, that means small errors like these do not stop the emails from being sent and no reports have came up so far about people being skipped.
 
So the only thing I can do at this point is wait for someone that has an earlier stamp to receive his email OR someone further on get's an email that would confirm the first ever skip, something that I repeat HAS NOT YET HAPPENED.
 
Be patient and if you have issues please take those issues yourselves to EVGA, im just a watcher like all of you and have no links to EVGA of any kind.

Finally, after 3 months and 11 days I received my notifications for the 3060ti FTW3 ULTRA, ordered december 6th 00:10. The 40 minutes hiatus has ended and so is my watch. Best of luck to everybody who's still waiting, there's hope. I'll update the spreadsheet as soon as I receive my card. The only downside is that none of the associate code that I tried (and I tried many) worked.

Looks like it on the surface, but there is over a week between my entry in the spreadsheet and the next entry. So it's possible (likely actually) that some 3090 cards did drop, but we simply didn't detect that they dropped. Least I'd like to think so, but maybe given the historical data.....
 
I suggested it (multiple times), but I really wish they would tell us via some kind of fortnightly production status mail what's happening. The NA get some updates via twitter from Jacob, but we in Europe - nothing. To be fair to Jacob, he may simply not have that information. EVGA is a big company and there's a lot of moving parts. Still, it would be nice......

So the EVGA queue is a FIFO queue. (First In First out). The queue currently stands that EVGA has alerted people up to 
     3060 TI FTW                  3667             12/6/2020 12:10:42 AM PT - just after midnight on Dec 6th. 
but your entry in the queue is further down the list as you are  12/6/2020 5:26:15 AM PT , 5 hours ahead of the current position. 
 
So it would appear you have a little bit of time to wait yet before you are alerted. Is there something I am missing?

No bother man - wish they were as all as easy to solve!

it's even worst because NA gets to buy cards at MSRP in store and online. That just doesn't exist in the EU

To be fair that's not a EU specific problem. The NA folks are struggling to get cards at MSRP. Not sure links are allowed here, but if you can load this into youtube from yesterday.

3060's going for $500 on NewEgg and upwards of $800 USD on eBay. Madness I tell you - MADNESS! 

i'm not saying you have any fault, but it isn't remotely the same thing, you guys can and always could during this thing get cards at MSRP. In EU there was never a place to do so except this queue. There is no store or website to do so in EU and i tried.

I think I know what you mean OutOfStock4ever, but just in case it wasn't clear, I live in the EU and have experienced 1st hand for many years things costing 10-15% more expensive than the USD->EUR exchange rate. So there is no "you guys can get cards at MSRP", I'm in the same situation as you :-) 
This isn't graphic card specific. Partly the reason (I think) is that typically the tax in most European countries is higher than the US. In Ireland our VAT is 21% on goods. For comparison most states in the US have sales tax in the 5-10% range, so a sizable amount of the different is taxes, not profit mongering by corporations. Sadly not much we can do about it as end users. 
 
That said, my point above is true now more and more in the US. End users are finding it increasingly difficult to get cards there. I've a lot of friends in the US and they were mentioning that *no store* has cards , or if they do.....it's like for very brief periods until they are sold out. Retailers over there are increasing the prices on their websites as a result and American customers can't get cards at MSRP either. The eBay stuff is crazy. Someone wanting to pay $1000 for 3600 card?! Insane - and it's people paying those figures which is going to hurt *everyone* as manufacturers are seeing what people are willing to pay. 
 
As much as I complain about the queues being unbalanced (for certain skus), I'm actually super glad that they exist at all. The thoughts of trying to source a card out there at the moment.......not good.

Hi to all… just one question regarding waiting list.
Hopefully someone can give me the answer…
In time when I subscribed for waiting list I didnt had account on the evga web site.
I left email address and first/last name in auto notify form on the page.
Is my application valid… or I can forget about it?

You should be fine. I too signed up without an account and they showed up under My Notifies. Not having an account will not drop you from the queue :)
