I second the question. I'm interested to buy either on Amazon.fr (Amazon EU) because their prices are MSRP, or EU EVGA to reward the customer oriented support. But it seems like EU Store might not have stock before some time and I rather not wait until December.

We know shipments have been sent to EU but we have no informations to where nor when to except, because it seems there was delays involved. And no idea how much has been sent, by that I mean can we expect to buy one soon, or are the shipments barely enough for filling the orders already made ?

As mentioned by Jensen Huang in an interview on TomsHardware; They expect shortage to last till at least early 2021.

I can get why they would try to see if the program works on US before applying elsewhere. In a way, sure they seem to be prioritized but they are also beta testers of this program. If it works well, we'll have one too. Just... Might take several weeks sadly. And that doesn't tell us if we can expect stock even if the program isn't in place for us. 
 
I trust Jacob's informations. He was the one keeping us informed that EU EVGA wasn't ignored for VAT, even if it took about a week. He said shipment had been sent to EU, but the lack of following informations can feel like being ignored. But on Twitter you can see Jacob's twits bring the EU subject often enough to say he (and EVGA by extension) isn't ignoring us. 

It's just... frustrating and sad to not have more clearer informations when we can see the program rolling stocks in the US. :P 

I'd love to know also, my order in amazon de still stands. If not I hope I can buy from EVGA EU.

I would love to see the EU store have a queue too... now that the NA one has and it looks promising.

I think a few years ago.. EVGA was quite strong in EU... that was era of GTX 280 till GTX 980 Ti cards... now they seem they don't care about EU at all. They don't have even their new Z490 motherboards in stock..

Same here in Finland. We have Jimm's PC Store which also is a official retailer of EVGA but not a single card has landed in any store in Finland yet. So disappointing..

where do you have cancelled EVGA cards on Amazon from? Only heard about cancelled Zotac Cards

Ordered a 3080 XC3 Ultra on the 17th as well. Order wasn't cancelled. Hopefully they get shipped soon. Asked Amazon customer service about it as well, but they don't have any info.
 
EDIT: Looks like some people got theirs last week and this week. Fingers crossed!

True, I have a pending order at Caseking on a FTW3 from launch day, now its about 100€ more expensive, I'd love to cancel that order when I get a notification to be able to buy a FTW3 ultra directly from EVGA.

I ordered an XC3 on materiel.net, for 850€. (They sell it at 940€ now btw.)

When i saw prices here even though they were broken I estimated the real price and cancelled my order there. I wasn't wrong, FTW3 Ultra is the exact same price than I would have paid for an XC3 non ultra. And that doesn't even take into account the 5% rebate from associate code that reduces to 810€ the FTW3 Ultra ... (in France with 20% vat in case you're wondering.)

Which is why we need EVGA on Europe, especially considering I don't know any other manufacturer that directly sell cards except Zotac maybe, so they'll get people that were thinking of buying other brands that are disgusted with retailers prices ! That's a win for everyone (except retailers but they have it coming with those prices tbh)
