I don't think so...two completely different systems.  I agree that the EU deserves substantially more volume than it has been receiving.  I hope that turns around soon.

Don't get me wrong, but if it wasn't purchased where is the problem?

That sucks man, hopefully things aren't too serious and everybody pulls through. You're a bro for dropping out of the queue and smart, too. Like you said, upgrading those other components will be far more worthwhile than another GPU. And your build looks awesome!

Thanks!  Everything's good, just over did it and caused some of my old injuries to rear their ugly heads.  Specialist visits and lots of pain killers have been sorting it out.  Not terribly expensive, but definitely enough to make me take pause.

The problem is EU queue is still behind US queue and there are a lot more people in the EU queue which maybe want to buy one of it.

Logistics wise, this is such a huge conspiracy theory. So, EVGA has these cards shipped to an EU Warehouse, which are ready to be shipped out to the next person in the EU queue, but if that person declines, they get shipped over to US warehouse to be shipped to an NA queue individual??

Do these guys understand how ridiculous that sounds? Card destined for EU people are processed for EU. Just calm down with explicits. That is not helping anyone or the discussion.

It seems very unlikely (as in logistically not worth it) they're adding random single cards to the shipment containers going to the US.  The NA queue is shipped out of California.

So, what is going on? Why we have significant stock increases last couple of weeks? Even best buy got twice more than at launch? EVGA stopped selling it directly to miners? :)

Still the same case though, because NA cards are shipped out of the US warehouse. Which is an ocean away from the warehouse shipping EU cards. Your point doesn't seem to stick either way.

I've heard that ethereum2.0 will be lunhc next year, so till then, most of the cards probably will be bought by 3rd parties which will sell them on different sites at 3x or 4x normal price :) and to miners :)
In December I will have 1 year in Q for a 3070 :)

Just curious, not complaining, but how long does it take them to ship a graphics card?
What have others seen?
I'm guessing sheer volume slows them down because I got the Transaction Processed email yesterday at 11:30AM PT and they haven't shipped yet.

When I ordered my motherboard it shipped the same day and I got it the next day.
That's why I didn't take seriously the typical time of 2 days as shown in the Terms and Conditions.

If you have just entered the queue you could be waiting up to a year as the European queue moves slowly.

My best advice is while waiting in the EVGA queue keep searching/watching online retailers as the price of GPU's are dropping.

Best of luck.

This isn’t waiting for Christmas guys. It is a line of people which gets served at a variable rate. So not only can we not know our true position in line, we have no clue how fast it will go spot to spot, even on average.

D = R * T and we do not know Distance, Rate varies and also is unknown, how in God’s green Earth are you asking to solve for Time???

It is quite obvious, EVGA serves domestic customers first. That is understandable. What can be criticized, however, is that this is not openly stated.

Let's be clear, you will only get a card here if you live in the US, are an Elite member, got in line in the first hour(s) after release, and have several months of patience. For all EU residents: just forget it!
The US queue is already serving registrations from mid-April with 3060s while the EU queue is still stuck in February. I guess that says it all.

But there is no point in complaining, it only wastes valuable time. See if you can find a cheap 6600 XT somewhere on the open market around 450 EUR, downgrade to 1440p and wait for Lovelace and the end of the pandemic.
Whereby "cheap" is obviously relative. But be quick, because most 6600 XTs have already risen to 500 EUR and more. Of course, if you have enough money, then that doesn't concern you anyway.

It's up to everyone to spend 1000 EUR or more for a mid-range 3070 or other card. In any case, I am reluctant to do so.

Good luck today everyone!

Videocardz.com says 3060 and 3060ti stock will be drying up soon - even worse than now. Let’s hope they have bad information.

The best advice I got heading into my marriage was two sentences long: "Don't sweat the small stuff. And, in case you didn't realize it, it is all small stuff."  Watching the news this week has reminded me of that very solid guidance. Despite this ridiculous wait, this lack of a 30 series is a small thing. Truly. Afghanistan, the Covid Delta Variant, forest fires (seemingly everywhere), a hurricane through Louisiana and the South, and the seeming inability of our leaders on both sides of the isle to cooperate and govern...those, I would argue, are the big stuff.

While I am hopeful that EVGA_JacobF brought his drawing implements to work today, there are much, much bigger things in play this week.

Stay safe. Be well. It is Tuesday; we go again.

Best of luck!

Morning everyone. Although EVGA uses air freight and shouldn’t effect their supply chain, I thought the article about 44 containers sitting off the California coast (a record) is a reminder of the difficulties in our current environment. The increase in oil price and choked logistical hubs, among other significant factors, will cause inflation to continue. GPU’s included.

Let’s hope everyone in the queue can get theirs before that happens.

I've been sailing the waters between Newport Beach and Marina del Rey since I was a pre-teen. I've never seen it this bad...even when the dockworkers were striking. It's just incredible.
