Where is your chiller?

On the Side Lines, I wanted to test the KPE HC Water Block without the Chiller.
And also see the Performance of a plan old custom water loop in different setups to maybe help others with their setups and what hardware they might want to go with.

As I posted before your Posts are fine here.
Look at it this way, look at my testing above showing performance or not.
Here are my FTW3 Cards 2 of them using the same Radiator, 3x120mm Fans, 54mm Thick, 30-FPI Copper and Pump
Note that the Top Card is the King on the Two.
One KPE under the Same Radiator, 3x120mm Fans, 54mm Thick, 30-FPI Copper and Pump

Thanks TwoEvilOne,
The Thread Really is about any Water Cooling.
Any Custom Water Loop, Chiller, or Sub Zero Cooling Products.
I did add a brace for the GPU because the Tubing can pull the Card Down.

I really need to step it up and start opening boxes. I am way behind. The pc a/c room build is still just a thought still cause I am looking for houses. Still getting good performance from the clc. Can I just loop the 800 into itself to see if it works?

Thanks.      Your info with build parts really help.  The Koolance 120mmx38mm look similar to Delta or Panaflos.  I hated those since they are loud at 100%, but daily-use is not your intent I assume.  How does your HC with custom loop compare with the stock AIO in temp delta?

I'm trying to assess if the HC with a separate loop using thicker and/or triple rad is worth the investment for an all-around daily use.  I'm trying to avoid single loop since the KP can give off a ton of heat.  If I go external rads, I can add an aqua chiller later for fun.  The Koolance QD4s with adapters costs >$85/pair.  Custom MO-RA3 420 Pro with high volume pump or Koolance ERM-3K3UC around the same price.  The Koolance being the nice turn-key solution.  Both will end up >$1k not including chiller.  If the EXC-800 was variable speed, multi-stage, or cycled compressor, it would be more appealing.  At ambient -3 to 0, it wouldn't be running all the time, as loud, and not as much heat.  I remember my phase change gave off a lot of heat where I needed to run the central AC til the wife complained.  I eventually got a portable AC just for my room.

Not sure it's a very good example. I mean, you have cut your flow rate in half with the SLI config and doubled your cooling requirements. It would be good to see just one FTW3 and then compare it to the Kingpin block. What am I missing?

Taking an SLI Setup apart is more work in an Custom Water Loop and is out of my scope and not worth it for me.
The test was to see how well the KPE HC Water Block did on a normal custom water loop on its own and in singe loop.
It was more for Testing for me and for other KPE Owner how well or not how well they cool.
Sorry I cannot take apart my FTW3 SLI Rig but it is a lot of work and not sure how it would help anyone in the shot or long run.
In the End I was really only testing with the KPE difference between my Chiller and a Normal Custom Water Loop.
Post #60 was where this started removing my Chiller.
Also I can set both setups with the Same Flow Rate as why above I have the Pump set to the max and to the lowest settings.
Look at MEM1 Temp on the FTW3 and how LOW it is.

Well that is Not a KPE Graphics Card but I will let it slide this time.
This could also start to take the Thread back off topic and I really do not want to add the NVIDIA RTX Titan in this KPE Club.

I am believing that the KPE HC Water Block is doing an OK job at cooling under a standard Custom Water Loop.
Room is 25/24°C Coolant 30°C and Under Back Plate 33°C Coolant Flow 3.7 LPM Running Core 22 Custom Loop Info in Post #60

I'm not seeing a real reason to grab an HC block outside of noise reduction versus the Hybrid, unless you plan on running a chiller. Performance improvement at ambient appears to be negligible. Glad I didn't order an HC block on day-one.

Enjoy your cards, fella's! Keep up the good work.

I just ordered an HC Block, but still need to get everything else(I use to be Air Cool for life before the Kingpin card). So I hope you're taking new members towards the end of the year.

Aesthetics - subjective and a little better @ cooling the memory. If you already have custom loops it’s imo cleaner to put the HC in the loop. Also you get that OLED bracket which makes it easy to use with an ln2 pot.

bcav, I'm having some trouble with identifying all of your fitting on the Koolance website for the chiller to water block. I sent an email with no response yet and I'm trying to run this weekend. Any parts help for the bcavnaugh Series ECX-800 KingPin cooler would really save some confusion.

Ordered the new T-Rex CPU LN2 pot from K|NGP|N cooling. Now I just need 1 more PSU and it will be go time.m I have a 850w G2 but don't think its enough power for this project... So I really like my 1300G2 that's already on the bench. Maybe just add 1 more?

Ya work by myself. I film and stream it all by my self as well. But this is not the place to talk about such things. Also obviously everyone here on the forum + K|NGP|N, T|N, LUUMI, Buildzoid, Joe (Bearded Hardware) and Steve @ GN all are great informational sources also the overclocking forums and HWBOT forum.
I would be more active on HWBOT but the site is terribly slow, and its brutal uploading scores to that place.

So I suppose I do the physical "work" solo but have everyone listed to thank for all the content and information shared. In that sense it is a collab effort.

I see I didn't make it on the Port Royal Compare link #feelsbad

Sajin probably shouldn't be on there because A. he is too good at OC and B not a KPE but he was on the last list.

Ya work by myself. I film and stream it all by my self as well. But this is not the place to talk about such things. Also obviously everyone here on the forum + K|NGP|N, T|N, LUUMI, Buildzoid, Joe (Beared Hardware) and Steve @ GN all are great informational sources also the overclocking forums and HWBOT forum.

Ya I'm just playing. Y'all definitely caught and surpassed me with the CLC and I pretty much skipped over the HC for benching on account of the experience triggering my inner 2 year old. I am planning on spending some serious time on XOC with DARK KPE but with a vacation coinciding with a certain launch I might be delayed. Maybe I can convince wify to let me bench tomorrow.

bcav, I'm having some trouble with identifying all of your fitting on the Koolance website for the chiller to water block. I sent an email with no response yet and I'm trying to run this weekend. Any parts help for the bcavnaugh Series ECX-800 KingPin cooler would really save some confusion.

Here is my list: (You do not have to use Quick Disconnects)

QD3 Male Quick Disconnect No-Spill Coupling, Male Threaded G 1/4 BSPP  QD3-MSG4 (5 Each 2 GPU 3 EXC)
QD3 Female Quick Disconnect No-Spill Coupling, Compression for 13mm x 19mm (1/2in x 3/4in)  QD3-FS13X19 (4 Each for the Tubing)
