Purchased thru Newegg,linked to Evga for rebate then to 4myevga for actual rebate. Documentation says two serials? One is upc on box,am I suppose to remove one from card for second....it would void warranty wouldn't  ??

Main rig - i7 7820X  , Corsair H110 cpu cooler , 32 gb Team G memory , Evga X299 Micro ATX 2  mobo , Corsair 850 psu , 2 evga 1080ti in SLI , Win 10 Pro 64 bit ,  43" TCL HDR 4K TV as monitor, Coolermaster HAF 32 case.

    Only use the Serial number label from the box. Do not remove the one on the card.

    Just went back in forums & saw that! The rebate form is misleading-asks for serial # barcode label & original UPC barcode label (should be the same?).

    If your box has a UPC on it, include it.  If not, the SN cutout is just fine.
