How long does EVGA generally take to respond to a ticket?

I'm looking to initiate an RMA for my 3090, and I raised a support ticket on Sunday 3rd Nov AEDT. I clicked submit and the page reloaded however I received no notification that my message was sent or received any acknowledgment email. Of course I'll wait a few days before sending another one if I don't hear back, but I'm curious how long people have usually waited for a response.

    I'm not sure how fast the Australian Zone, service center responds.  https://tw.evga.com/Support/ticket/support.aspx
     
    If after 2 business days, you do not receive a reply you can email US headquarters. Support@EVGA.com (West Coast of USA)
     
     
    The time difference (13 hours?) will complicate/ slow communications with EVGA USA offices
