I have a 3090ti kingpin with the 900w bios (ends with a7) but since I bought the card used I cannot seem to get a hold of the final version of the classified tool.
The tool from the 3090 kingpin does not work with my card.
 
Would anyone have it somewhere on their pc ? I've tried reaching out to evga, kingpincooling, facebook groups, no success :-(

Thank you, however the links aren't working anymore. Without the tool I cannot exceed the cards stock power limit.

I have bios version 94.02.A0.00.A7, could you confirm me if this is the right one ?

Are you able to push the card up to 1.2mv using the voltage/frequency curve editor using the .a7 vbios? If no, you might want to give this vbios a try... https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/245448/245448

Probably a different firmware version/date;  might want to ask Vice, if an updated Classified Tool exists ...
 
 
......... the issue happened when the 3090 KingPin Hydro Copper launched & that was when the last Classy tool update (I've seen) launched

So, I have no idea if KingPin 3090 Ti is supported by the kingpin 3.1.7  Classified tool as the card launched after that tool was made

@ 13:25 in video, mentions the 3 switches on the back of the PCB. 
Load-line Calibration 1, Mem V & GPU V ...
1 switch On = ~ +25mV & if  2 switches On = ~ +50mV
