But yeah, so I still don't understand why I did not even get an email that these went live. Anyone care to explain that. And I guess I should just call J Dawg here in a few days, after the heat dies down to get some for the #TeamEVGA NWOC LN2 OC Lab. 

PS just so we are clear, I have personally gotten 100's of new 3000 series GPU's into the hands of gamers and enthusiasts during these trying times, AT OR EVEN BELOW COST, to help combat the scumbag scalpers and bots and miners. If ANYONE deserves 1 or 2 of these it is me. I am owed a lot of karma. Anyway, yeah.

Like stated bro, I said, I don't want to bother them bros on a day like today, and like I said, a few times.. I DON'T DO THIS PEASNANT STUFF SO WANTED TO KNOW FROM YOU GUYS HOW IT WORKS. Damn. What a silly question man. I legit indicated several times that was the case. All you had to do was explain how exactly this regular consumer guy stuff works, and that the system is broken. Anyway, if anyone is local in Oregon/Washington I should be able to hook it up with some at cost on these, eventually. HMU I guess.

The only "elite" email I received was talking about getting early access to some new Z590 FTW3 motherboard(which I'm not interested in).

Doesn't work like that.  EVGA doesn't control what people do with the cards they purchase through authorized means.  The forum rules only apply to the forums.

I was chastised in the auto-notify thread for getting in the KP HC queue when I don't have a system on which to run the card. Granted, I don't, though I don't feel particularly guilty as it's been a rough couple months running my computer on my old 1060. I have some questions for you all, and you can redirect me if this isn't the proper forum for this sort of discussion.
Assuming there's enough stock anytime soon to actually move the queue ahead 2 more seconds, and assuming I can get ahold of a hybrid kit and a bigger PSU, would I be able to replace the water block? It would probably be cheaper and less hassle than a custom loop, wouldn't it? And if I have heat issues, I can just underclock the damn thing, though I'm guessing it'll be bottlenecked well below full load temps until my CPU is due for an upgrade.
And finally, I've heard for warranty purposes that I couldn't part with the water block, as I would need to send it with the card for any RMAs in the future. Is that right?

That is all correct. To RMA you can replace water block, etc, but to send it back in it needs to be in the state you received it originally. If you drill through or modify anything physically you're tossing out your warranty. You would have to get the Hybrid kit from someone willing to part with it. Personally I would not, as I would be loosing my warranty. They don't sell the Hybrid Kit for a Kingpin separately. The ones they do sell, won't fit.
 
People will get mad at everyone right now, it's best not to respond to them. I feel for them, but it's the times we live in. People have been upset on these forums for a while and I hope in time everyone gets a card.  This is also not the first time this has happened. 2080ti's were hard to get, there was a mining craze, etc. If you need a card you need a card, you don't need to justify yourself to everyone why you need it!
 
This que looks short, which makes it even more promising for those who got a time. For the AIO Kingpin it was the same, and soon after they finished the que (About 3 weeks), they opened up a much larger, longer que. You shouldn't have temp problems unless you live on the sun or Arizona.
