im sure if i had the time id find the answers im looking for but i dont have the time to search it. recently did my yearly flush and fill. after i got it all back together i noticed idle temps in the 30c range and while i game 70-80c.  i know these cpus are known to be a tad hot but i dont remember the temps being  this high before hand. Im trying to determine if i need to drain the loop and redo the paste or am im in the ball park for this cpu. sorry if this seems noobish but ive been worried about this.

Run the asus realbench stress test for an hour. If you don’t hit tjmax you’re fine.

Figured it out. It’s a cross between 12th gen and the fact my case isn’t really efficient for my lay out. With the added 360 rad on top there’s no room for a rear case fan. Mounted one on the exterior(Jank I know) and temps became manageable. This this is the true definition of a space heater now

Is your 360 Rad fans mounted for exhaust or intake?  I would go exhaust if you're not already do so to help remove all the hot air circulating in your case.

     I'll cleanup the triple post

    Couple of other ideas:
Make sure all the air works its way out & is not trapped in pump

    Pump & fan RPM

clean fans & screens for best air flow

EK CPU block, have to be plumbed correctly for best cooling (ports are marked In/Out)

Voltage settings in BIOS can impact CPU temps a lot

Your room temp is possible much warmer than before, if it is summer time in your part of the world.

thank you and all that you mentioned the only thing i havent done is messed with the voltage in the bios. i have been reading a lot of people are under volting these cpus to help with heat. i just gotta have the time to mess with all that.
