what seems like every other day My New Build will take a minute to boot and it pops a message Memory has changed: do you want to enter Bios?
 
Nothing has changed I have not added any memory deducted any memory Or Unseated any Memory Dims, I have not Changed anything about the CPU in general.

Im using Bios V 1.10

The only time I see this on my Dark is when I've been experimenting with unstable mem overclocks.  Once I have a stable OC, I don't think the message ever appears.
 
DDR5 struggles for stability with 4 sticks.  You might try only running 2 sticks and see if the message appears again.

Normally I only see this when the system has become unstable from an overclock. Have you tried to set the XMP profile to the second one and see if the error still comes up?  Also does it only reset the memory or does other settings go back to default? While it would be very rare on a new board sometimes the battery to store settings do go bad quickly. It doesn't mean that the board is bad just that the battery didn't last but that would be if all settings are going back to defaults.

Actually when that message comes up on mine, the memory is not reset. Nothing is reset from what I recall.

Same here actually. I've gotten this error twice on my z690 classified, but nothing is ever changed or reset to defaults.

I get this every time I reboot or start the computer from powered down. I'm running 2 sticks Corsair Dominator 5600 at 6000 xmp in my Classified board. Currently running bios v1.10.
Always says my memory has changed and do I want to enter bios. I usually just say no. Once running everything seems nice and solid.

If I set Memory profile to "Automatic" it seems to boot fine into OS on both a reboot and a shutdown then startup.
When I set the Memory Profile to "XMP Profile 1" and stick with the 5600 as the RAM was sold as it booted fine into OS on both reboot and shutdown/startup.
 
I just pushed it back up to 6000 using the XMP settings and it seems to boot to OS fine this time on both a reboot and shutdown/startup. Go figure :)
 
I only tried one reboot and one shutdown/startup at each setting. I figure it is probably instabilities in the profile if pushing past the ratings for the RAM as was suggested earlier in this thread?
 
While running at 6000 everything seems stable though. No OS, Application or Game crashes.

One thing I do notice with my board is that the LED for CPU VDD2 Status ( Number 6 on page 9 of the Manual ) is out. Sometimes it is on and at times it will flicker. I am unsure if this is related. I do see a constant voltage for VDD2 in both the X1 app and if I set the Post Indicator to show VDD2. I usually just turn it off with dark mode. Things still all seem to work properly though.
 
 And just to address all suggestions above, I didn't re-seat the RAM. Just getting ready for a vacation so won't have an opportunity till I'm back next week.
