what seems like every other day My New Build will take a minute to boot and it pops a message Memory has changed: do you want to enter Bios?

Nothing has changed I have not added any memory deducted any memory Or Unseated any Memory Dims, I have not Changed anything about the CPU in general.

I'm running Z690 Classified

CPU and Memory Has Changed>>>or just Memory Has Changed? Really have to ask how long you have had the CORSAIR DDR5? In my signature you can see what I currently using on my 1st MB about 6 weeks ago, my DDR5 got really messed up, still is, not sure if it was the ASUS BIOS, they issued a new BIOS same day I returned MB, or the DDR5 just took itself out, anyway mine at default settings in BIOS, my CLASSIFIED DDR5 barely getting over 1 volt, DDR5 voltage regulator is now in the DDR5 itself. Mine is messed up obviously. On the ASUS MB I originally had 4 sticks, BIOS kept switching back and forth seeing 2 sticks of RAM then 4 sticks of RAM, MHz was changing from 4400 MHz to 3600 MHz, every time I went into BIOS was different. Anyway Have you tried resetting your CMOS, with your PC unplugged? button on back of PC. Restart your system go into BIOS reset Defaults, reset it again, go back in to BIOS change whatever settings you need to, fan controls, etc., restart see what happens. On my PC I have it setup to either enter Windows or BIOS settings, when I turn PC on. Really like that option with this MB.

My point being when did you add the memory you have? For me my PC ran several days using CORSAIR DDR5, then out of blue started doing what your PC is doing, but as I said, it was a ASUS MB. Do you find your memory readings staying the same in BIOS or they actually changing? Is MHz staying the same? is all 4 DDR5 being seen? It all matters. If everything is staying the same upgrade your BIOS to version 1.14

The only time I see this on my Dark is when I've been experimenting with unstable mem overclocks.  Once I have a stable OC, I don't think the message ever appears.

DDR5 struggles for stability with 4 sticks.  You might try only running 2 sticks and see if the message appears again.

The JEDEC speed for DDR5 RAM with 2 sticks installed is 4800mhz. You can easily go above this with XMP profiles or manual overclocking as long as you're only using 2 sticks.

The JEDEC speed for DDR5 RAM with 4 sticks installed is 4000mhz. This is due to a limitation of the Intel 12th gen CPU's memory controller. Setting the RAM speeds above 4000mhz with 4 sticks installed will often cause stability issues/BSODs. You can try manually overclocking 4 sticks of DDR5 RAM but the highest you'll likely get it is 4800mhz stable.

Either way, it's always gonna be better to run just 2 sticks of DDR5 for this generation. If you want more than 32GB of DDR5 RAM I suggest buying a kit of 2x32GB instead of 4x16GB.

Normally I only see this when the system has become unstable from an overclock. Have you tried to set the XMP profile to the second one and see if the error still comes up?  Also does it only reset the memory or does other settings go back to default? While it would be very rare on a new board sometimes the battery to store settings do go bad quickly. It doesn't mean that the board is bad just that the battery didn't last but that would be if all settings are going back to defaults.

Actually when that message comes up on mine, the memory is not reset. Nothing is reset from what I recall.

Same here actually. I've gotten this error twice on my z690 classified, but nothing is ever changed or reset to defaults.

I also have started getting this message with bios 1.10 a couple times. I used to get it every time I booted with 1.14, which is one reason I had rolled back to 1.10.

I also have no issues with the memory stability or it changing any settings when this message pops up. I have two DIMMs, they continue to run at 6000 and the XMP settings. Both show up in the BIOS and in Windows. All benchmarks and tests I've done with the memory (including memtest64) have shown zero errors.

I get this every time I reboot or start the computer from powered down. I'm running 2 sticks Corsair Dominator 5600 at 6000 xmp in my Classified board. Currently running bios v1.10.
Always says my memory has changed and do I want to enter bios. I usually just say no. Once running everything seems nice and solid.

Are you able to test if this happens with XMP disabled? have you tried re-seating the RAM in the DIMM slots?

If I set Memory profile to "Automatic" it seems to boot fine into OS on both a reboot and a shutdown then startup.
When I set the Memory Profile to "XMP Profile 1" and stick with the 5600 as the RAM was sold as it booted fine into OS on both reboot and shutdown/startup.

I just pushed it back up to 6000 using the XMP settings and it seems to boot to OS fine this time on both a reboot and shutdown/startup. Go figure :)

I only tried one reboot and one shutdown/startup at each setting. I figure it is probably instabilities in the profile if pushing past the ratings for the RAM as was suggested earlier in this thread?

While running at 6000 everything seems stable though. No OS, Application or Game crashes.

    *EDIT*

One thing I do notice with my board is that the LED for CPU VDD2 Status ( Number 6 on page 9 of the Manual ) is out. Sometimes it is on and at times it will flicker. I am unsure if this is related. I do see a constant voltage for VDD2 in both the X1 app and if I set the Post Indicator to show VDD2. I usually just turn it off with dark mode. Things still all seem to work properly though.

And just to address all suggestions above, I didn't re-seat the RAM. Just getting ready for a vacation so won't have an opportunity till I'm back next week.

This issue could be related to one of your systems monitors. I'm actually running two monitors at the moment. When I had just one this never happened. Now that I'm running two it happens all the time If I have both monitors turned on at first bootup of the day. It also happens if I restart from within windows with both monitors on. Turning off my secondary monitor makes the issue stop completely on restarts, and first startups of the day. So just turn your main monitor on for the first startup of the day, and leave your secondary off until you get into windows to not see the memory has changed message. On restarts simply turn off your secondary to avoid the message as well.
