im stuck with the KPE on LNDuece. Can't get mem OC and 2500+ mhz to pass PR
Tried at -110c, -120c, -130c #wishing the KP gpu heater was out. Maybe my 2nd RTX KPE will be a different story...
ln2 grind is real.

X299dark 7980xe nothing crazy ~ top 30% bin with mesh at 33 so maybe a little Betta. I think silicon lottery was binning at 32mesh or slower https://siliconlottery.com/pages/statistics

Ya I’m going to sand bag some of these runs and then do a test Nvlink chilled. Followed by ln2x2. if I have enough ln2 I’ll run ln2x3-cpu pot but change driver to 425 and run time spy. If not I’ll have to wait tell Wednesday for ln2 delivery. Leased a 180l On a delivery route. Will have more ln2 than I know what to do with at that point... Have to save 30l for some 3900x 2d stuff my brother wants to do. lucky for me a neighbor is a physicist and agreed to buy any left over ln2 from me before they refill. Hasmat regs state you can’t fill a dewar that already has ln2 in it so every refill if not empty they dump the existing and then fill 180l. Found it interesting Also not convinced the evga Nvlink will work with Vince’s new rtx pots. Looks really tight First run of Firestrike Ultra on the wrong driver... Great job zeddi, keep up the good work. I was home for a day and tried to move up from #4 in port royal x2 cards but failed at my task, looks like i ight have got th best i can with the chiller unless maybe i can try some different ram or something but seems like hardware doesn't affect the port royal very much, its all in the card.

My inclination is to just leave the AIO on and get some better airflow than I have in the Evolv X currently. Kind of wish I hadn’t impulse bought the HC block and waited for people to get some results. The meh temps some people have had just turns me off from even bothering with it.

i messed around with the Time Spy Extreme Test for a while today, managed to get the chiller to about 2C, put in some different ram as well. Got me to #16 HOF for 2 cards in the full test and #15 HOF for the Graphics Score. http://www.3dmark.com/spy/8260227

@ HawkOculus Ya that luxe 2 looks great. I think Ill put the x299 dark and the RTX KPE's in one when I finish benching that hw. @thread BTW I had a mounting failure on the KPE HC. Ruined my nvlink momentum... I'm literally so bad at mounting blocks... I kinda wish they incorporated the inner holes closest to the GPU core for mounting the HC. Anyway found that the oled bracket can get in the way of a good mount. From now on I decided to remove the Oled bracket to mount the card to the HC and then add the oled at the end. I switched tracks back to AMD and messed with the 3900x for a bit. Still underwhelming...
