Boddaker Got my block yesterday, thanks Nate! Threw it on the board to see how it looks...
Fits like a glove. Top quality stuff here, well worth the wait! I will just have to modify my wc manifold to accommodate the extra lines.
Niiiiicccccceee!!!!!! but i mean it will be better if you using Bitspower Matte Black fittings!!!!!

I can only assume that you are waiting for the chipset block to be completed so that you can finish that board off!

Nah, they don't fit the overall theme for this project. ;-) chememan I can only assume that you are waiting for the chipset block to be completed so that you can finish that board off!
I won't be getting the chipset block, as it will not work with my wc manifold design. It's not absolutely necessary, and I actually like the stock heatsink with the giant "E" (which will be painted atomic orange to match the case). :)

Tell me about your manifold? I can give you precise hole coordinates if its what I am thinking.

I made a vertical/horizontal manifold that combines both motherboard and graphics card wc loops. The vertical part would be positioned right over the ports of the chipset block if I'm not mistaken. I don't think there is enough room. I don't want to hijack the thread, but here's a quick shot: You can check it out in more detail over in my worklog thread: http://forums.evga.com/FindPost/2063195

You could send me the DXF, or something and I can get you the coordinates of my block to help you out.

I just have vector files for the manifold, as it's just laser-cut acrylic pieces laminated together. If you can post a pic of the chipset block overlaid onto the motherboard, I could determine whether or not it will line up with the manifold.

Oops, just saw your previous post. These might provide enough info. :) nateman_doo This is what I meant for you guys to do with the PDF. It should not interfere with the CPU blocks that you guys have posted pictures of.

As in reference to the edges of the board, I can tell you exactly where all 4 holes will be (X/Y). But I am not sure those fittings will work. One monday I can send you a print to scale pdf of the chipset block. You can do the exact thing I pictured cutting it out and laying it out on your board with your fittings.

I e-mailed you that very pdf. Give it a try and see what it looks like with your fittings. Still haven't heard back from 1 person, so a Vreg is still up for grabs.

every...single... hole It scares me to death, cause if I strip a hole (or worst-break the tap off in the material) its hit or miss if I am able to repair the damage, or start over from scratch.

I've hand tapped quite a few holes on my various cases through the years, I couldn't imagine doing a block that thick or that many times. My wrist is tingling just thinking about it... And if it broke off in the middle of a tap...

No, that is just the machine jig used to mount the copper plate for milling. :-)

yes, its aluminum. yes, the fixture plate where the raw material will get bolted too and finished. more holes to tap still, and the 1/2-13 holes that will hold it down to the machine. Still have 1 vreg block up for grabs.

Nate, are you saying the chipset block Aluminium and Delrin? No way I want any Aluminium in my loop. If it is going to be aly instead of copper, please cancel my order for this block. I hope you were just agreeing with me about the machine plate.
