We did finally get our hands on two 480's SC's, now for the memory, blue ray drives, custom made fan filters and the rest of the build will continue!!!! It's sitting on my dining room table and I think the wife is starting to give me dirty looks!!!!

LOL make sure when you eat at the dining room table you move the case in front of you, that way you wont have to see your wife's dirty looks.  Im sure she'll appreciate that .  If you do end up doing that make sure you also have a blow up mattress.  Trust me you'll need it.

Phew!!! It's been a bit since I last updated!!!! The re-design is finished and I should start cutting acrylic this weekend when it arrives. Along with the SR2 case.

Here's some updated renders of the new look. You can now add two more rads in the top compartment as well. Also a pic of the fermis with the blocks mounted.

Yeah, sorry, I've been using all my spare time I have to get caught up!!! Some minor setbacks, but it's all good now!!! Yes, this one is in the works. The acrylic arrived today with more tomorrow. Im hoping to get the two projects done this weekend.

Well the new design change has been a fun experience and a great learning experience too. I didn't know acrylic could go from 2.62mm thick to 3.2 mm thick on the same sheet???? LOL!!!!

The reason why im laughing is because in the design change you will see the cage that holds the dvd burners, HD's, fan controllers, reservoir/pumps is all one piece going from the top of the case to the bottom, passing through each floor and locking into place from top to bottom (no screws to hold it in place) So when the acrylic changed thickness....it wasn't a lot of fun to fix!!!

The same goes for the divider wall. Locking into the middle floors of the case without any screws. It works nicely!!!!

Pic's look terrible as I haven't un-wrapped the acrylic yet, but it will look fantastic once it's done. In the pic's you will see the new acrylic frame and how I locked the pieces of acrylic into place. Once it's un-wrapped I'll show step by step pic's of putting it together.....sorry, im just excited!!!
