Might want to change the power setting to full Nereus
Anything but FULL power can delay things

I'm not doing CPU folding, only GPU. From what I can tell, it should be the same performance for GPU? Or do the servers give preference to "full" power folders over "medium"? I'll switch to full anyway.

When I first started folding I tried to question how things performed...and I still know nothing...lol

But I did notice that the slider setting can effect how hard your fah client works your computer...anything but full and gpu's or cpu's will just stop folding..??? Move slider to full and they start again..

You DO know about the Advanced Control for your FAH client?
Pretty sure you were making settings changes in it but I thought I would make sure.

Yes. FAHcontrol in the start menu folder. That's what you mean? I used it earlier to switch to beta. Not that I knew what I was doing - it was thanks to Yodap. :)

There was a minor hitch on the stats side here leading to 2 missing updates, but the numbers just pushed.  I'll keep an eye on things to make sure it's not a continuing issue

Well I didn't have to run my heater in the room at all tonight  3090 radiator putting out 350-370W of heat managed to just keep it from cooling off in here too much, noice lol
It's workin' on a 87k base unit at the moment, juicy ~500k when it gets turned in, then it'll get a "rest" for a while... and by rest, I mean it'll be being pounded with gaming instead for a few hours

Edit: What's the command to make it so that it doesn't automatically start a unit when you load the software, if I remember right you put -pause somewhere but I don't remember where.
Got the card adjusted to a nice 2070MHz @ 1V undervolt/overclock so it's "only" drawing ~390W for most units and running at about 43-50C depending on the workoad, seems like that's a pretty nice balance of speed/efficiency.

I am getting a lot of send errors showing up, but I didn’t have any work units waiting to send, so I am not sure what that is all about.

A firewall exception is required, then, for FAHClient.exe

I have been through all 3 windows rigs and double checked that it is allowed in defender and MB
It is allowed

Right click the running slot under folding slots in advanced controls and there is an option to pause.  If you hit Finish it will pause but restart when you reload the software.  Paused by user (as seen on my cpu slot in the pic) will keep it paused on load.

^ This is good advice for anyone in Mountain Time Zone.  Give that -pause a try for a few days and let us know how it works out.

I was getting a few yesterday too. I think one of the servers was not responding. I restarted & it immediately pulled a new WU from that same server... while still not being able to upload my completed WU.

Yeah well “digs around basement and finds a HD 6770”, I have a HD 6770 that I could only literally throw at someone at this point. I tried folding on a hd 6970 earlier this year. It only did around 50k ppd all while pulling 250W.

Good thing you didn't....
I got ahold of a HD 6870 and after finding the right drivers that FAH would work with it...I ran across a post on the folding at home forum saying FAH ran out of WU's for it...

Gave me a chance to do some cable management on my print server so the day wasn't a total loss...

No CS is perfectly normal, they are just backups to returning directly to the WS. The WU would still have to be transferred from a CS to the WS after upload.

This will not change for your WU, the WS and CS values are set at the time the project was last configured and for the WU at the time it was downloaded.

Basically every WS is also the collection point for its WUs, a CS may be configured as a backup upload point.
