Nope looking at about £80 for next (ish) day to Germany.
I took a look on ups earlier and it quoted me £22 covered for the value of £530 which is what I paid for the 2070 S, wasn’t the next day one but for the price difference I’ll allow it
Ahh, my card cost near £800 so my insurance must put the price up - significantly.

My 2080 super is looking to cost around £50 to send to Germany. All in the step up is looking at costing about £820. Not sure if it’s worth £170 over a fe card.

Its frustrating to see movement on the US queue within 4 days or so of step up being initiated and then seeing the EU queue like 17 days ago and no step 2's yet, however alternate.de, a german retailer, had stock notifications last week that EVGA stock was received and ready to ship on around 6th october so that might give some insight into europe receiving the EVGA stock

Also curious if Brexit is going to have any impact if these cards are going to come after Jan 1st and the transition period isn't extended, is that going to create extra delays/customs charges etc

I picked up a 3080 XC3 Ultra from Alternate last week. But let's just say it was not a good idea for my Core 500 case. I think the cooling of this card will only really work in a very well ventilated case. There is a reason almost all cards are 3 slot.

£18.59 via UPS if you can wait 3 days for it to get there. £25 if end of day 2 days, £31 mid day 2 days thats for £800 value

EVGA always screws EU customers. Happens time and time again. Ill be amazed if i get a card by the end of november, and theoretically i am right at the front of the queue.

Even if it’s 3 months I’m happy to wait as long as I get told when, but want to know how Brexit will affect it as will have to go through customs etc ? Hopefully goes through before that as I really want the ftw3

I've got an NCASE M1 so was debating which is better. The XC3 is small enough that I can fit fans underneath but the FTW3 has a bigger heatsink. Also the XC3 is narrow enough that I could fit a waterblock on it but the PCB is too wide on the FTW3 to watercool as all the waterblocks I've seen add more width to the cards.

Can’t remember exactly but with the postage you’re looking at a total of about £780 to evga less your trade in value, which factors in the 15 euro postage from Germany Then you gotta arrange postage to Germany which is about £18 for a 3 day service insured So call it £800 all told

Entirely true however I am in numerous forums, groups and discord me for 2080 stock and not seen anyone get a step2 yet.I didn’t expect a fast delivery given the situation, but very little communication compared to USA. I’m also not in any huge rush but don’t want to be sat here in 6 months in the same situation. The EU support and communication from evga is almost zero so would be good to see even signs of life. Retailers in the EU have received / shipped evga cards by now so really hoping to see even the smallest shoot of activity, other than that happy to wait. My concern is being stuck with a card that would have been far less cost used, which was bought purely for step up, if it isn’t going to progress but that risk seems small - but everything we get told is “tbc” or “working on it”

I agree. I built my first PC in 10 years last month so I could play flight Sim2020. I bought a 1650 Ultra to get me through because I wasn't sure how the stepup programme would work, so didn't want to make a huge outlay for a 2080 if for some reason I couldn't step up.
It would be nice just to have a bit more information, whatever the status is. The US queue started moving pretty quickly so it'd be good to understand where our expectations should lie. I mean I'm impressed how quickly the 3080 got added to the stepup programme, I didn't think it would be on there for a while so that's good.

just bought a 2060 KO for 289€ on Amazon, since I was so clever to sell my 2080 Ti on ebay and made 623,27€ after ebay and paypal fees. (I really thought Amazon would send me the 3080 soon lol)
At least I have a Graphics card and 334,27€ more on my bank account :D
Have also the option to send the card back to Amazon until end of january 2021.

Why? When you bought the 2080 ti you wanted the best I assume. Then you upgrade to the "not-the-best" card. Now you think about upgrading to "definitely-not-the-best-card"
