The US queue has some movement now, I've seen nothing on here to evidence the EU queue has moved though.

Yes you are a lucky one that's for sure. With luck the EU will start receiving step-up stock soon.

Hi all , Have registered 2070 Super FTW3 Ultra, uploaded invoice etc , 29/9/20 ,when I go to my products it says 88 days remaining for step up, Have I missed something or just have to wait for Email confirmation , THANKS
Same here, did you get an email confirmation at all? when I submitted the form didnt get any confirmation, and on my product page still shows the option to start the step up

UK 19th September 18:34 I only added mine as I was basically refreshing when it became available on the 19th so i'm going to be pretty close to first of those who get filled on that date.

Interesting news for all of you - don't know if this has been mentioned. I had phone contact with the EVGA customer Service this morning. And there actually i not a queue for the step up program. Instead a random number generator picks the next customer for step-up. So this is definitely NOT a first come - first serve program.

Bizarre that the US queue is progressing in a chronological manner then, with the people who step-up first being the first to move along.
This smells like an industry standard fob off from the EVGA rep.

Got my step 1 on the 21st.
But I also have the issue where it only shows pending on the EU site and shows 'in queue' on the US site. I've emailed support - no answer, made a post on reddit - no answer from the EVGA employees there. So who knows what is going on. This is the first time I'm buying an EVGA gpu (bought the card just to step up) and everyone raves about their customer service but I haven't experienced anything of the sort.
So far it just seems like they're active on Twitter to try and get all the praise without actually being clear about anything, especially with regards to EU. Don't know why they need to be so vague.

Got my step 1 on the 21st.
But I also have the issue where it only shows pending on the EU site and shows 'in queue' on the US site.
On the EU site the box says "Queue complete: Pending", while the global site says "Step-Up Queue: In queue". I guess the status on the EU site will only change as soon as we reach the end of the queue. As long as you got your step 1 mail, you should be in the queue.

"Queue Complete: Pending" and "Step-Up Queue: In Queue" mean the same thing. For whatever reason the US site uses slighlty different terms but if you've got your step-up email then you are in the queue and now its pending completion.

Nope looking at about £80 for next (ish) day to Germany.
I took a look on ups earlier and it quoted me £22 covered for the value of £530 which is what I paid for the 2070 S, wasn’t the next day one but for the price difference I’ll allow it

Try another browser, it did this to me in chromium based edge - did it again in chrome and it progressed and received email Confirmation & see the status in the page
