JoeMangoPlease can someone at EVGA at least give us an idea as to when there will be any movement on the EU step ups now. At least tell us what we are waiting for/what the delay is. Are we waiting for the US customers to go through their allocation first? Are EU and US step ups being run via the same team? Are US and EU customers using the same stock allocation? It all seems very unfair at the moment that not one (as far as I am aware) EU customer has had any movement on their step up yet. I understand there are stock shortages etc, which is why a bit of communication and clarity is all that's asked for. It's not a lot to ask and it goes a long way in keeping your customers happy.
