I believe a complete shutdown will return the settings on the card to default. No need to use the tool to "set" default voltages.

i don't have any dip switches, can't change my voltage ether, I got that score on a STRIX + EK Block running Kingpin xoc 1000W bios

So after fiddling with my 3090 kingpin I cant seem to get past +50 on the core and +250 on the memory on regular games without crashing once I go up beyond it I get unstable but the clocks average around 2050-2090 with those numbers. but on synthetic benches I can go up to +100 on the core and +1000 memory with the OC bios. Did I just got a bad chip then?
