[Pic] Think my 470GTX just died: white lines checkerboard, nvlddmkm.sys BSOD.

Was watching videos and the screen locked up and white checkerboard pattern squares appeared all over the screen.
 
Reset the pc to boot into windows with a BSOD nvlddmkm.sys

 
I took out the graphic card and use compressed air to remove and dust around the graphic card, I replace the graphic card in a new pci slot also.
 
I boot into repair mode and safe mode but the lines are still there.

 
 
I uninstalled the drivers and did a clean install in safe mode. When I tried to boot up windows 7 non safe mode I get a nvlddmkm.sys BSOD.
 
The only time my screen does not show these white line is when I am in BIOS or just before the boot up screen.
 
I am not sure what else to troubleshoot with but at this point my main pc is unusable.

    Only way to really troubleshoot is to use a different graphics card although it looks like you card took a dump... time to RMA  :D

    Yep looks like the card is dead

    oh man looks deadly.  
    I think is a good day for an upgrade.
    a GTX760 would be a nice..
