I just finish building my new rig with one of this casing, however i must say im a little disappointed in close inspection of the quality of crasftmanship with a casing with this price range.
 
Heres why, and according to ldcooling every case of theirs is 100% inspected maybe they should get some glasses.... My lian li case finish is better than this imo.

That part of the case is made on laser cut. Small peaces of ALU like you show them in the picture might stay on it before it is painted. They are normaly not that visible, but if they are disturbing you, we can send you new one.

Thanks but its probably more trouble for me to remove all the things and pack it and ship it back, however i would like to ask if its possible if you can custom a side panel with a bigger window for my LD reverse ATX for me?
