I've had good luck with EVGA.  Previously scored an XC3 3060, which went into a family member's system.  Recently scored a Z690 Classified, and I also got an FTW3 3070ti off the queue for myself.
 
Disappointingly for my application (iRacing), the 3070ti performance hasn't been much better than an FHR ASUS 3070 that I had scored from NE Shuffle.  I'm still occasionally GPU bottlenecking with a 10900k system and 4k monitor.  Not a bad problem to have, but improvement is possible.
 
Have been in the queue for a 3080, but still about 9 months away, and had no confidence that I would ever get one before the 40xx "paper launch", and more madness, began.
 
Kept checking BB and MC, no result.  Kept playing the NE Shuffle for 3080's and 3090's and getting "we're sorry..." and continued checking the EVGA DIY configurator and B-Stock.  Although I've read reports that 12GB 3080's and other nice cards have occasionally popped up in the DIY configurator, all I've ever seen is 1030's.
 
I was starting to lose hope, but I'm happy to report that my quest for a high-end card at MSRP or lower has finally ended - just now scored a 3090 Kingpin Hybrid off EVGA B-Stock!
 
I figure that this along with my newly acquired EVGA Z690 Classified, some good DDR5, and a binned 12900k will be good enough for about 4 years.... hopefully we're all still around then!
 
My advice to those of you who are still looking for a card:  Keep looking!  (Everywhere)

Congrats on the 3090 score. I had put in for a 3080 and the same 3090 kingpin. I figured id never get the 3090 and didnt plan on the monies. The 3090 came before the 3080. I bought it and am extremely happy with it. It does take up some space but well worth it.

I’m finally back to my 8km walks and boy did I suffer for my sins, but the countryside is alive and the avian version of Warzone is well under way and you have to admire those feathered Spitfire bombers who so gracefully twist and dive driving would be usurpers  out of their territories.
 
On the home front the garden is coming alive with our first daffodils peeking out from the corners of the beds. Tulips are flying along and already tourist season is underway with the first of our guests arriving back to give their apartments a good old spring clean.

1. it says, "...VGA notifications are limited to 1 per GPU chipset...", does that mean I could have one for a GA104 and one for a GA106 or will it be one/family, e.g., RTX30....?
2. it says, "...Customers may have up to 2 VGA notifications at a time...", is this two in total, so if I have an RTX3060 wait and a GTX1660 wait I'm at my limit, or could I add say, an OOS PSU wait to that too?
 

1.  It means 3050, 3060, 3070, etc. (what Nvidia calls classes)
 
2.  Only those GPUs in queues 2.0 or 3.0, i.e., the 30 series, and between them you can only have 2 notifies.  The 1660s and PSUs aren't part of this.

Thanks for the prompt reply. So in addition, if I've had a 3060 fulfilled from the (vn 2) Q, should I now see two further Q entries active or is it only one I can have active now, seeing as one's been fulfilled? (Trying to get one each for my two 15 year old sons).

Hello, just received my notify for the new 3080 12GB, but the link does not work and I am unable to access the webshop (EU). What should I do here? I have been in a queue since early 2021 and then entered the new queue for the release of this new 3080 12GB version. Please kindly advise.

I was wondering if someone on this forum could help me, I back-ordered a GEFORCE RTX 3060 TI FTW3 from GamingCo, several days ago and I don't know how long I will have to wait.
 
Does anyone here know how I can find out?

As of now, the K|NGP|N Hybrid has been on July 17, 2021 for 4 weeks.  When the K|NGP|N HC kit was removed from enewt's tracker, it was at July 16, 2021 for 10 weeks.  Although the K|NGP|N Hybrid queue spreadsheet still shows people in the queue up to September 9, 2021.  Makes me wonder if that SKU will get any more drops ever, or if they will just make a 3090 Ti K|NGP|N.

Got my notification of in stock on 2/11/2022 at 11:42 AM PST for 08G-P5-3785-KL!!
 
LETS GOOO!! Now if my gf can get her hydro copper 3889. As of thursday's sheets that was supposedly closer.

Welcome to the jungle!  Best to jump in as soon as you can in this "chip shortage" environment. 
I waited for a 3080 hybrid for a year and then some,  but was finally rewarded by the EVGA Elite membership with the priority sign up access with a 3080ti (at retail ... woot).  It still took a few weeks for EVGA to get enough stock to be able to sell me a card but it did happen.
