There has been no movement on that SKU in 24 weeks (since the week of August 23, 2021)

Did you join UE, USA or RU version of the queue/website? If you joined EU or USA you cannot buy using Paypal ( or any other cards attached to it or not ) if they are not linked to an address in the region you joined the QUEUE. A workaround would be if you know someone in that region ( EU/USA for example ), someone you can trust 100%, a relative, a close friend or someone to order it for you from your own account with their own Paypal, Credit Card and Address, and then send it to you as a gift. The only real problem beside the cost of shipping would be how much customs fees you would pay in Russia for getting a card from USA or EU for example. That could be a real deal breaker...

Microcenter in St Louis had about 3 Gaming X Trio 3070 Ti's and a Zotac 3080 (12 GB I assume based on the $1,600 price tag) in stock on a Saturday afternoon. And it was a normal Saturday meaning wall to wall people. So, either demand is declining or people are just tired of looking anymore.

Yes it will! because I was in the QUEUE for a 3060 and I've got the notification and after I saw I can only go trough the process only being in USA, Canda or Puerto Rico I deleted the email, since I got an EVGA card already thanks to EU Queue. Then I was casualy talking to a friend from UK and he was desperate to get ANY gpu because he was building a computer from scratch. He checked what customs taxes he would pay in UK if he would get a card shipped from USA by "someone" as a gift and he end it up paying more on shipping ( 45 $ ) than for customs ( 22 gbp / 30 $ ). We tried to use USA VPNs but because his Paypal and Credit Cards were "linked" to UK and some to EU we had no luck and the window of 20 hours have passed. Then I did something I am not very good at it, that being to BEG ... So I begged EVGA support explaining the situation and that we wanted to order it from UK/EU and that we missed the window and that I waited almost 9 months and I almost send them a jar of my still pure tears and they gave us a second chance. After this we knew it was "go big" or "go home" so we stopped playing around with VPNs and stuffs and I called a very good friend of mine that live in USA, gave her my EVGA account, told her to change all my info, including phone number, address, etc and she checkout just fine with a valid USA address and an Paypal/Credit Card linked to USA so this is a story of 2 desperate friends trying to "smuggle" a card from United States of America :)

Thanks for the advice, but unfortunately I missed my turn. I once wrote to the support service about payment, they said that they needed a card from the USA, but I had to try, I would have known earlier, I would have started a virtual one, but it takes a couple of days. Unfortunately, I don't have any friends in the USA or UK. I thought about someone who can buy a card for me and send it to my delivery service, but where I can find this human?  I'm don't worry about fees, I simpy pay it  I used some amazing cards by EVGA and I defently need one more like 3080 or 3070ti  GTX980 Classified  GTX 1080Ti FTW3  RTX 2080 SUPER  RTX 2080Ti FTW3, about that beauty, I made a video on my youtube channel. I think it is one of the best cards of all 20 series. I'm have been very upset when seeing new design ftw version cards 30 series.

For queue 3.0 from our end it is the same, when an auto notify goes live, we click and, if successful, are in the queue. It is how the queues are managed that has changed, i.e., your score, the tier system, and whether or not you have already purchased a 30 series card. All new releases are under queue 3.0 which thus far are the 3080 12GB and the 3050s. The queues you listed above stay the same as when you signed up for them and are not part of the new system.

You click the button on a product page to sign up for the queue. Any new queue opened up since the announcement will be 3.0, anything you already are in line for is 2.0 (in order of date). Currently only the 3553 is open and active for getting in line under the 3.0 rules. The 10/16/20 series products don't count in the Queue 3.0 rules. Those are just email notifications to go add the card from their product page and checkout... first come first served. You can only have two TOTAL queues active, 2.0 and/or 3.0. You can only sign up for one of each chip at a time (so, if two 3050 buttons light up, choose the one you really want or think has the best chance of dropping). You can only buy one of each SKU for 30 series. So if you queue for the 3553 SKU and get it, then you can go get in line for a 3551 SKU when the button is lit... but not another 3553. It'll let you get in line for 3553 again, but that would be a waste of time because the purchase will get blocked at checkout. Here is a shot of the popup that shows your limit of 2.
