ddr5 ram is easy to obtain now. plenty of stock at msrp. even the desirable hynix sticks are in stock

I don't mean that it's hard per se, just that I don't have the money for it currently. I would need to update my MOBO and as a result my CPU as well. That's on top of the cost of the RAM itself. That starts a whole downward spiral of money spending and my CFO would be none too pleased about it

I don't Understand this queue system, I've been waiting for the 3958 and/or 3968 Since June 5th. The queue hasn't moved in 6 months. Did you discontinue these cards?
 
I'm ready to buy today and if you did discontinue them, do I have to go to the back of the queue for a different one?

The cards have not been discontinued.  All of the 3080Ti SKUs were queued for heavily so they're are lots of people ahead of you in the queue.

Those are also both hybrid cards which move significantly slower than even the normal cards. Even if the air-cooled versions pick up steam, you may still be waiting for some time (see 3897 vs 3898 or 3987 vs 3988 movement).

On top of this fact, June 5th is two days after launch.  The lion's share of people in line would be June 3rd (Elite) and June 4th (everyone else).  Good luck and report back when you get the notice.
