Theres a guy on twitter who posted pics of his 3090 HC yesterday. Said when he turned it on and checked core temps were 24 and vram 34. Haven't seen them out in the wild too much. Looks like more people have received theirs and have started to finish their builds. I am so impatiently waiting for the next drop.

I've been watching the forum spreadsheet to see if any of the queue orders have been filled. So far it's been 15 days and no movement. Would love to see at least one marked as 'shipped'. Would give the others in the queue like myself a little hope.

Some queue orders have been filled - most notably, the only GPU that moved today was the Kingpin Hydrocopper(but not by much)

Here is my take on the spreadsheet: the HC version is a very niche line of product hence the demand should be low and it should be even lower cuz it’s 3090 hc. So naturally, the spreadsheet for HC card is not as anticipated as other version and it should not be the source for monitoring the queue. Head over to the HC/hybrid threat, there are more detail info on the timing of the queue than the spreadsheet (i am not criticizing the spreadsheet, the threat just has more information). Currently the person at 10:00:17 should get the card. Jacob on twitter also retweeted a finished loop with the 3090 HC so obviously they are receiving the cards. (Maybe it just takes longer to set them up cuz custom loop, so they didn’t update/show them off). He also said more HC cards included 3080 are coming early May. So count on that and good luck

Just joined the que after bricking a ftw 3 3090 with a block. Just rocking the replacement on air until it’s my turn for a hc. Hope it’s not months lol. Just going to sell the ftw 3 once I get it

Really hoping Jacob is talking about the 3090 FTW3 and not the XC3 Hydro Copper that doesn’t have a auto-notify yet. I am at 10:00:21 so only 4 seconds back of where the queue is at right now.

There should be a guide with the card. The left (closer to display out ports) port should be inlet, right (closer to power plugs) port should be outlet, if it's the same as the Kingpin HydroCopper... which it should be in terms of layout:   Kinda hard to see through the stupid sticker or whatever that is on the regular HydroCoppers, but it looks like it's almost the exactly same layout, so left inlet, right outlet.

Thanks for your help, no I don't have a guide with the card. That's strange because the card is brand new. On other waterblock it's just written on ports.
Ok so the arrow that we see on the picture are in the wrong way, I thought they were showing the flow direction...

It's strange, but most modern GPU blocks are fine running either direction. As long as there are no jet plates or inpingement sprays it should not matter at all.

Agree, on the kingpin waterblock they are saying that we should use the recommended inlet/outlet connections but that the other way is also good.

I'm not worried about a delay until late May. If it coincides with the release of the 3080 ti, then it could give us more options and ultimately a better chance of grabbing a card. ANY card...

That would be a dream come true. I doubt we will have an answer on this until the 3080Ti is officially launched though. My guess is the 3090 block should be 100% compatible as the only physical difference between the two are the extra 12GB of RAM clamshelled to the back of the PCB (so it might need a different backplate, but the actual block should work)

I'd say just about a 0% chance. eVGA launches always go the same way, they always have, and they probably always will. We'll get air cooled cards first, Hybrids a month or more later, and HydroCoppers after that. Even though the 3080 Ti is a cut down 3090 in essence, same memory controller etc, it's still different enough that the HC block will need fine tuning & tolerance checks before they can mass produce it. And, because it has 12GB of VRAM if the rumors are true, it will run hotter on the Hybrid that the 3080 does because of the 2 additional VRAM chiplets. But that won't make a huge difference because you're only talking about 5-10W of heat at most.

It's hardly going to be different from the 3090 at all. Same PCB, same memory controller, same GPU die, same VRMs. The only difference is it will not have 12GB VRAM clamshelled to the back of the PCB.
