So I had a 1080ti and just slapped in my new 3080ti. I've noticed the temps stay up and fans kick in. Looked at Precision X1 and noticed the GPU stays at full throttle, no kicking down. Didn't have that problem with the 1080ti so it's not like it should matter. I DDUed my setup twice and installed the latest windows updates & Nvidia drivers. In the Nvidia control panel, power is set to normal, so is Windows settings. Latest firmware for the card so it should be set. Anyone else having the same issue? Considering it was working fine with another Nvidia card I don't suspect any software is causing this, I've tried to manually kill other things like iCue, Logictech and the likes to no avail. If you've seen this before and know about it, I'd appreciate the help! Cheers

First thing that comes to mind for me is to check the Power Management Mode and make sure it's set to Normal.

Yep - All settings are at default and power is set to normal.
The VBIOS is 94.02.7100.AF
If anyone that has the same card can confirm pls? Thanks!

I had to uninstall rtx voice that fixed it for me try that

make sure boost lock isn't turned on with x1? on the right side where your save profiles are, below those are 4 tabs, boost lock is the lowest one. make sure its not on.
