I have a 3999 and am 5 seconds away from the 3989 in the queue.
 
Will the SLI NVLink connectors line up between these 2 cards with both installed in a motherboard (not using risers)?

EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 K|NGP|N HYDRO COPPER GAMING, 24G-P5-3999-KR, 24GB and EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 FTW3 ULTRA HYDRO COPPER GAMING, 24G-P5-3989-KR, Have different pcb  only way to run FTW3 Ultra and Kingpin is with riser cables and elevating the  Kingpin  up.

Yes same.


While the NVlink connector itself may be the same, they do not line up at all, and you made a mistake with this. Risers will absolutely be required between a Kingpin and an FTW3 card.

Sorry misread the post, thought he was referencing KP HC and HYBRID. Sorry they are different.
