dennisburke did an awesome job on why & how to replace tim & also with a Backplate, High-Flow Bracket Project with a good temp chart, too!

I disagree. I see no explination as to how to remove TIM or even apply it. This looks like a nice project piece for sure. But not BR worthy. Not to mention there are already a few threads like this one.
