Thought I would share some GTS 450 PhysX benchmark results.
 
System specs for testing.
 
Intel Core i7 950 @ 3.28Ghz
G.Skill Perfect Storm 6Gb DDR3 2000Mhz

    How is the 450 for physx? Not enough card, or just right?

    im still trying to decide if the gts 450 is good enough for physx or not. im running one for physx with a 480 sc. i will post my results soon for mafia 2 and metro 2033 (i do no own batman though)

    Batman AA and Mafia II it works great, increases fps everywhere. As for Metro 2033 it does well for average fps, but seems to knock the high fps down a bit on the benchmark. That's not a huge issue though as you can see in the graph you get better fps across the board with it. Seat of the pants feeling in Metro 2033 does seem to be a bit smoother. I would say the GTS 450 would help out a GTX 480 in Batman AA and Mafia II, but may not in Metro 2033.
     
    I should also mention that monitoring the GTS 450 usage in Afterburner. Mafia II hit a high of 63% usage, Batman AA hit a high of 58% usage and Metro 2033 hit a high of only 10% usage.

    You dont seem to be getting too high of a score in mafia2?I get like 65fps with physics running on my 460 alone.you should be getting higher than that.

    It's your smaller resolution.
