That'd be awesome. I noticed that the standard shipping was somewhere near $12 and 1-day air shipping was right below $30. Meh, usually I'd go with standard shipping but I'm very eager to get this card. I'll just not go out to eat on a day I usually would or something.
I'm not that convinced my order will be shipped this week though, as I pre-ordered the FTW3.

I got an advertisement email from them this morning that started with "While you're unboxing your new item, check out [insert random photography stuff I don't understand]". Really got my hopes up (even though the card I ordered isn't even released yet).

So, my order stuff went a bit different from what I have seen on here. Did my order on: Thu 9/17/2020 10:28am PST. Original order ended with: 043. Then on Sunday a whole 3 days away at 1:30 am I got the Unfortunately, one or more of the items in your order is not in stock. With this number ending in 814.

On Twitter Jacob said EVGA is going to be stocking etailers in the "thousands" THIS WEEK. Hopefully Adorama will get some of those, boys!
I have seen that a lot of places have restocked on Monday which is a good sign. I am not sure thousands will fix the problem since interest is high but if they all end up on eBay they push the prices of the auctions down to closer to retail prices and the resellers will stop trying to buy more.

I really doubt it. Adorma took a few hundred orders with a live, controlled inventory across all combined EVGA SKU's. Amazon took something like 20,000 orders for one card. Everyone should have known that that was obviously a mistake that was never meant to happen.

Not sure which cards this is referring to but the question specifically mentions evga. More disappointment. Edit: it’s not letting me post the link, but check adorama’s twitter. “ We hope to fulfill orders as soon as possible. However, the manufacturer determines when we get each batch and how many we receive per batch. We are unable to guarantee if this will be fulfilled before November. We apologize for the inconvenience.”

Exactly there will be one eventually if we don't find one between now and when they ship. I am one that dumped my card and is riding on a GTX 950 2GB so it is my fault only, lol

Exactly this. It kind of stinks to have to wait, but when it's all said and done, at least we know we'll end up having a new GPU before the end of the year. Makes me wonder how people are going to fair with doing the set up program with the 3080 FTW3 ultra.

^This x1000! I have no desire to mad rush from 1 site to another and do the "F5" battle. I almost got one on launch day from Evga's site but it got pulled out of my cart on the return from the Paypal redirect. Newegg was a bigger poop show. It would be nice if Evga would hurry up and send Adorama their allocation soon as it seems there are few of us that are waiting. I'm one of the few who got on the Pre-order, ordered a XC3 Black. Got in on Friday 7:56am PST. Please Evga make it happen! Fingers crossed.

I wouldn't worry about our Adorama orders. It's a matter of time at this point. I'd rather be in our backorder boat than the f5 boat.
I'm really aiming for any date before Cyberpunk in November, my 980ti will faint at 1440p.

I too am suffering with my 2080 Ti hybrid in the time being, getting 80 FPS when I could be getting 85 FPS. Sigh.

I agree totally, congrats to everyone that got in on that pre-order. I sure wish I was one of them. The demand is so huge for these cards, I am starting to believe Nvidia and their partners might never catch up with demand.
Considering everything that is going on, this launch does not seem that much different from the others. I think 'cabin fever' might be exaggerating things a bit and increasing demand. Sectors that have continued to do well such as electronics and entertainment still have to mitigate issues.
