    Details.

Ya, the cable management is amazing.  So you made the 3090 KPE AIO coolant tube management arms with CNC?  Looks great.

Thank you very much for kind words.

Unfortunately after two years my 3090 KPE has a serious problem with the operation of the AIO pump.
Pump is very noisy, extremely loud... I can hear it from a distance of several meters.
I'm afraid this is the end of its life.

I reported this problem to support and...

"Upon reviewing the received images, I noticed that the hose pipes of the radiator are currently positioned facing downward,
    below the graphics card.
The hose pipes of the Radiator are facing down and below the Graphics card per the received image.
It is advisable to mount the radiator above the graphics card, with the hoses on the lower side/ facing down.
This arrangement helps prevent the accumulation of air pockets and ensures optimal performance."

    Please give me your opinions.

The Kingpin & cavitation of the pump

Your setup would require any trapped air in the AIO pump to be pushed down hill to reach the radiator .... as air only wants to rise in a liquid, your asking a lot of the pump, once air gets into the pump it wants to stay there.

    The fix will probably involve:

    1) Remove radiator & hold the radiator hose end above center line of GPU, lightly shake the radiator & run the pump (I would disconnect power to the fans for finger safety)  You do not need to start the PC if you use an aux PSU to power the pump.  If the trapped air is stubborn, then several short stop/start cycles may help dislodge the air pocket.

Once the pump is clear .... carefully place the radiator back where it was, do not lower the radiator more than absolutely necessary & do not lay it flat, you want to keep any airaway from GPU side "trapped in the end of the radiator farthest from the hoses"-- It might even help if you tip the case back on to the back, almost laying flat on the I/O ports of the case -- keeping the top of the radiator as the highest point in the loop, when reassembling.

    2) You could try short start/ stop cycles, then run the pump & tip the PC case also; if removing the radiator is too much work.  This is a less effective way & might not work.  When tipping the case, just remember air always want to rise in the liquid.

    - Try tipping so I/O ports are down &/ or with far side of case (non GPU side) almost flat.  The radiator hose farthest from the open side in the picture, should be the suction side of the pump - keep it as the low point so your less likely to pull air towards the pump.

When running the pump, the PC just needs to be On, so even the BIOS screen is good.  I'd prefer to just use an aux PSU & only power the pump.

    Thank you very much,
I already did it before contacting support.
Without improvement...pump is still extremely noisy and transmits vibrations.

Streacom BC-1 benchtable, rotating AIO cooler, rotating benchtable to make GPU change position.
GPU max load (Furmark/Superposition) to heat the fluid.

I don't know what else I could do.

Pump rattles so much that I can hear it throughout the entire room,
even from a distance of 5 meters.

Is RMA or parts still an option through EVGA?  Is yours still under warranty?

If not, let me know.  I have a spare 3090 KPE AIO.

Yes,3090 KPE is still under warranty.

Tech support ticket is required to submit an RMA.
For several days now online support center has been sending me information on how to bleed the AIO...
as I wrote earlier, I have already tried everything and the problem with pump still occurs.

Honestly... if I could buy a spare 3090 KPE AIO in the EU (DE/NL) I would do it immediately,
but... there is no such option.

If i buy a new 3090 KPE AIO in the USA shipping costs to the EU and tax are enormous.

    Re: 925 KINGPIN Project 2024/02/13 09:39:04 (permalink)
Several of your pictures shows the radiator laying on the Wrong side (photo below), turn radiator onto the opposite side for the suction hose to be on the bottom.  Your pictures with hoses on the bottom is the preferred way to mount radiator.

If your GPU is under warranty, then yes RMA is always an option.

The bigger question is does EVGA have any of these cards in RMA inventory to send you?

One of my Hybrid cards is the 3090 Ti Kingpin hybrid, no issues with pump on any of them

This older build of mine shows the correct way to mount a radiator, if you need to place the hoses on the side (suction side of pump down)

I checked option you are talking about, plus placing rads over the GPU vertical and horizontally  (it could be mounted in the top IN WIN 925 horizontally, optional)
No change in pump behavior, still very noisy.

    vccb10 send me info:
"If it's under warranty, I'd RMA it.
You can also ask EVGA if they will cross ship or just cross ship the AIO.
Maybe ask if they'll just ship the AIO."

In fact best option for my is cross ship the AIO only,
this 3090 KP is like new, never dismantled,no OC no LN2 without any scratches.
Refurb 3090 KP from EVGA service is not an option...they will not send me brand new GPU,its not possible.
