Finally got my bandsaw back in working order. I cut a scrap piece of 1/8" aluminum which will be a fan shroud for two 120mm fans. The fans will draw air in through the side slots and run along the fins and expel the hot air out.

All in all I am quite happy with it, this is at about 15~30% with 6 of them. I originally planned 4 but it wasn't doing what I had desired. Also had to lower the fans to lowest RPMs. Radiators + chillers do not mix well rofl... Thought I would need a second D5 for pump flow but it turns the reservoir into a fire house. You can also feel it in the hoses, feels like they are about to pop off. Lotsa pressure. What you are looking at with the resevoir is a Bitspower 250 mounted directly to the intake.

You will get so much more out of it if you insulate the copper. It actually looks like a pretty sweet little unit. Good to know there is little restriction. There are lots of 90° bends in there, but the path is larger then the internal volume of a 1/2" pipe. All in all another successful project it looks like :) (psst! btw, the radiator is introducing heat into the liquid! make it go away-unless it gets too cold without it?)

Rofl yea nate I am working on it, I am also waiting on my meanwell to come in, I just picked up the expanding foam today. However I need to make another enclosure for this stuff to sit in, That aluminum gets freaking hot. Kept the cold side relatively low as reported by the sensor, but holy jeebuz touching that aluminum in certain spots will burn you!

Nateman I hope you still check up on this I am going to PM you hopefully later about making a water block for the hot side, preferably a lot cheaper in materials in comparison, doesn't need to be so thick, just same surface area.

A few ideas came to mind just now looking at this thread. Great set up Poison! I like it very much. As per the ideas....wouldn't be nice to create a 120mm x 30mm pure copper radiator mounted with 120mm or 140mm fans on every intake/exhaust part of the case, connected as one loop
