Hey, i got myself used x79 Dark mobo (with bt), but there is a problem with it that i cant get around.

So problem is that somehow i cant install windows, i have authentic windows 10 bootable installation usb but when i boot from usb it shows the windows logo for 10 seconds and then reboots and gets stuck in reboot loop...
I have tried diffrent usb ports,  removed all other usb devices except keyboard and mouse, and i have reset cmos and also made another bootable usb but still no luck.

Does anyone here had same problems and what should i do?

Pull the CPU and check the socket, make sure you don’t have any bent pins at all. Also, go down to 1 stick of ram, just to make sure that isn’t causing any issues.

Well the bios detects my 16 gb of ram and everything works as it should, also i double checked socket pins before installing cpu.
I will try removing ram when i get home just to make sure but what ive read it could be bios problem, i just cant find any solution to this problem..

You could try different bios revisions and see if that helps, and try secure erase/reformat on the drive that is receiving windows.

Sounds like you'll need to use a CD to install Windows.

Reset the Bios to the Optimized Settings and Restart then.
The Below is for Windows 10 Only maybe Windows 8.1 but NOT Windows 7.
Change your Boot to UEFI in the Bios. RESTART COMPUTER
Change your Boot to Windows Boot Manager or the like in the Bios. See Images Below.
Change your Graphics to UEFI in the Bios, the default is Legacy. RESTART COMPUTER
Make Sure the Drive you are wanting to install the OS is Clean that is No Disk Partitions.
Also have ONLY the Single (SSD or Hard Drive) Drive Connected for your OS Install, this keeps the OS on one Single Drive.

With your flash drive plugged in, restart your PC and select it in the Hard Disk Drive BBS Priorities in the BIOS which will then allow the flash drive to be seen and selected as 1st (2nd, 3rd, whatever) Boot Device..Set it to 1st Boot Device, save and exit..Is what I have to do for my board..Make sure Fast Boot is disabled, some devices may not be seen when it's enabled..Try that.

Ok i swapped the ssd to kingston v400 and started all over again and noticed that before changing to boot to UEFI it listed the ssd in boot priority list but after changing to boot to UEFI it does not list ssd nor the Windows 10 usb, not even in boot override

Already done that and it booted from usb but the problem is that it then flashes windows logo and starts infinite reboot loop, its like the usb gets timed out or whatever

Ok so with CSM disabled it does not list any drives, usbs in boot priority... They only show up when i restore Optimized Defaults.
    This is so bizzare..

Post images of your Bios Settings...

After doing this "Optimized Defaults" with a New Clean SSD or HD Drive you should not have any issue install any OS.

So i loaded Optimized Defaults, thats the only way the drives show up in boot.. Also dont mind my cpu idle temps, the cooler is not installed firmly enough due to Coolermaster evo 212 lga 2011 installation kit being defective

If the flash drive is seen and set to 1st Boot Device in a USB 2.0 port and won't work, then I think you have an issue with the flash drive itself, or the Windows 10 setup/installation files on it.
