Ok so i made a third bootable usb flashdrive, this one showed up in UEFI settings and all but it still continues to do the reboot loop......

Let me know how the older bios versions work out for ya. Don't forget to test all the usb ports as well.

I would use a USB 2 right on the back of the MB , not the same MB, but I could not use usb3 on my x79 Classified to install win..
Have the c: hard drive drive set and boot 1, and the usb drive as boot 2.
SO when it loads and wants to reboot it does not go back to the usb drive again.

It may help to unplug the PSU from the wall, hit the start button to discharge electric, take the battery out for a few min.
With the battery out short the BIOS reset pins/button for 30 seconds.
Put battery back in, plug the PSU in, start it up and set the BIOS to default settings.
Set C: hard drive to boot 1 and usb to boot 2 and see what happens.

If all the things in this thread do not work, do you have a DVD/cd drive to see if you can get the OS installed with?

Good luck, fingers crossed for you.

Wish I had your answer, but I don't, sorry..What you might consider doing if this is going to be a pain is buy a HDD (20 GB minimum for 64-bit Windows 10) on the cheap to install Win10 on, then clone it to the SSD using the Acronis True Image disc if they gave you one with your SSD, or other cloning software of your choice..Lots of info on cloning if you search, such as here..I've used Acronis True Image, but the Western Digital Edition for my drives, and it works perfectly.

MajorGeeks has lots of cloning/imaging freeware.

Good luck.

Been down this road before. Boot loaders are hidden in the root partitions that are specific to each OS, if Win 10 doesn't  see a Win10 bootloader, it will not list the disk as valid install drive. You will need to delete all hidden partitions, not just the normal C:\ drive.

Hold on, to the OP..... some of your difficulties may be coming from the auto setup your using in the bios. Best thing to do is boot with only one stick of ram installed, go right to your bios on first boot and manually install settings for the cpu vcore, cpu multi, ram timings, voltage and a ram command rate of 2. Make sure the usb stick or disc drive is the first boot device also. you would probably have better luck with a cd/dvd disc to install the O/S, but you may have better luck once the bios is setup correctly.

Forgot to mention the bootloader only matters if UEFI is enable . That is why your disks show up in Legacy mode. I believe some thumb drives are also not UEFI compliant. If the setup programs does not see a raw unformatted drive or a UEFI formatted disk, it will just re-boot.  One way is to see if a friend or family member with a UEFI system  will format the drive for you or try and use Partition Magic and remove all the partitions. It's better to let the setup program format the disk for you.
You can get a trial copy here:

also a couple of screen shots showing my current UEFI setup. Yours should be the same sinc e your video card is compliant.

I played hell installing os on my last build due to improperly seated memory .. my bad. In the process I did create a bootable win10 pro usb. That being said it worked when installing os on laptop when I replaced hard drive with ssd.

Update:
So after complete system rebuild and countless of tries of everything... still no luck :(
I formatted both SSDs and double checked that there were no hidden partions left there and
they still wont show up in UEFI mode, only legacy.

Do Not Formant the SSD Drives, Delete the Partitions on Both. You want the Drive Clean.
Once you have a Clean Drive Set it as your Boot Device and then then boot to your USB Windows Install and start your OS Install.

"Windows Boot Manager" will not show up until you have installed Windows 10 on that Drive.............

Thanks bcavanaugh, I was just going to suggest that. Yes you should get a format screen menu immediately with a raw disk.

So by saying clean you are indicating there are no partitions and no formatting?

Does this match in bios?

Whatever partition scheme you use, do it from the windows setup screen. It should see your disk as raw and setup partitions and format it as well. It will ask you questions about disk partitions sizes just like any other disk program.

I installed windows 10 on the clean ssd using another pc! I just got home and slapped ssd in and it displays following: "select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key"

Still the drive only shows up under legacy settings, I'm running out of options...

Under "Still the drive only shows up under legacy settings" will the OS Boot up?
Set your Bios to Boot to UEFI and Legacy and move on.
