when the contest first started they had a server issue, they had to change servers, during the contest, the change of servers, allowed ribbons to be done twice, or counted twice, depending on where you were in the contest, during the server swap, I guess technically you could have up to 20.
Ahh so the people that have 11/10 or 12/10 actually had a bug where ribbons were counted twice due to the server swap? Is that official confirmation that 10/10 is a complete set and that the previous screenshots of people having 11/10 with custom "congratulations" graphics were faked? Sorry for fat, red, bold text but a lot of people are wondering this.

Finally got 10/10, took 2 days....( well not constant, took a long break)  . One of the ribbons was very sneaky.

Read the rules, I believe it says they will make three attempts to contact by e-mail, but I can't remember if that was just for the Grand Prize or not.
