There are enough hints around the forums to find all of the ribbons. If you read through them (all are in threads related to 11th anniversary), you should be able to find them. Although it is not a rule of the contest, the webmaster here has said that he will delete all posts that contain answers as to where to find a ribbon. Besides, it has to be somewhat challenging to be able to call it a scavenger hunt. It runs till the end of the month too, so don't get too frustrated, take a break and come back fresh and you're sure to find the last ones.

I'm at 9/10... I found the last one but I think it's glitching. When I click on it, it tells me that I found a ribbon! But then nothing happens... no quiz or anything. And it isn't marked as found. Anyone else encounter this problem?
