I have the 240mm CLC and have found conflicting advice as far as if it also supports AM5 boards.

Additionally I've heard that just because a cooler for AM4 works doesnt mean it will automatically support AM5 boards as well.

Thanks for the help!

    400-HY-CL28-V1 supports AM5?
On the site evga says that suports Am5, but i need to have shure that is not necessary any aditional part before buy.

Included accessories will be sufficient for AM5.  Just use the AM4 bracket and screws.

Most all AM4 coolers will work on AM5, but as mentioned above ask EVGA just to be sure.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Anyone get an answer yet? I just upgraded to an Ryzen 9800X3D with an MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk MB and the connectors are a completely different thread on them.

    Hi Loadie,

Welcome to the forums.  Sorry for the confusion as the CL11 does not support the AMD processors, only Intel.  CL12 or higher is needed for the AMD support.
