I also had one of the ribbons telling me it had no question at the time and told me to contact EVGA at a 1-800 number..... refreshed the page and it was fixed... anyone else got that issue?

My 11th mystery ribbon did not pop up any questions. May be the reason that my screen did not change like the other 10+1. Also the 11th ribbon I found does not change to have a blue check mark in it. I can keep clicking it all day and it goes the the you have found a ribbin click to continue stuff. I attempted another browser with the same results on this 11th ribbon, no questions or blue check mark. I cleared cache and rebooted with the same results on both browsers, IE8 and Chrome. Tark
