Sounds like the board is toast.

Lol.....why the board would be toast... cpu maybe but not the board rofl... even the board ive seeb plenty od people witj that problem and way worse than mine. And once the pin unbent its all good. A computer store will repair it for me tomorriw 45$... they are sure they can repair it
My hands is shaking too much anyway i build house and my hand are pretty big so not a job for me unfortunatly

Now the comp post. We are able to go into windows but only on a usb key.... if i boot on my ssd or hhd it ask for setuo. I load default but it do nothing past bios it give 5a code.....
But on thr usb key we are on window and its AA so no problem.... so i should do anotjer fresh install now?? Its a ssd or bios problem you think ????? The store would have to troubleshoot more

And there is no more overclock failed. But once i pass bios it do nothing but 5A code.

Maybe after 3 Fresh OS Installs it will start working.

If the first Fresh Install did not fix it then a second or third is not going to.
You need to remove the **** in your post above as it is a Violation of the TOS EVGA Forums Terms of Use 
Set the Bios back to the Default by resting it then re-flash the Bios.
Remember to write your settings down before you start.
Also your SSD could be bad.

Just looked up the 5a code for your motherboard. It says cpu internal error. Must not be true since you were able to boot into windows using the usb.

yes exatly, how it can have cpu internal error since I can boot on windows with AA show on the motherboard saying everything is fine but on the ssd it say 5A.... that why my question if the bios can be bad or something I don't know.

Yes,
That is why you need to set the Bois back to the Default Setting before you Flash it.
Also check if you have a Firmware update for your SSD Drive. 

to check for the firmware update how I can do this, I need to go on the windows usb and from there look for update ? the problem is this usb stick is from the store they gave it to me so tonight I can do some test but its windows 8 I think so I should look for a ssd firmware update there or on google with a usb stick sorry I don't get it. im a bit lost

as soon I press the cmos reset button in the back of my motherboard, I get into bios straight away. no beep error only 1 beep to say its fine and I jump into bios. from there I can see all 4 dims memory, and my ssd and my hdd and usb etc. 
but it say only 12228  total memory it should say 16000 ? or because windows 10 take some. 
all my information is there my processor , with turbo etc, all is fine well it look fine. the bios 0801 and I got 2 version I-rog 0210 and 0204
the time and date have not changed and keep going like usual
so after this if I just go head save and exit it will loop reading code and finish with 5a and again and again and then restart again or shut down. etc
 
now if I reset and I use boot from uefi usb boot device like to install windows. I can see AA on my board like if everything is normal and I can install windows.....
 
PLEASE READ HERE : lets make a recap quick, sorry for late reply but im working on the comp since last post, ok so when I got this board the guy already unbent pins. Lets say they were ok already and pc was running good. I got 2 cards 970 to sli. and new power supply cooler and all the great stuf. pc was running very good actually in games and benchmark time spy and all you can mention . EXCEPT the 1 long beep and 4 short bip at the beginning like every morning when pressing on on the computer
but the pc was running good, no error nothing, no blue screen. even oced a bit . BUt im so obstinated that I wanted to solve the bip thing...  Then I did a fresh install. and I upgraded the bios but when I upgraded the bios I think I pressed the wrong button when the usb stick was in the board ( I pressed clear mcos couple of time or the other button then I realise I need to press the other one right next to it, I did it and the light flashed like it was suppose to do, I did wait until it goes away and took off the usb stick. Then I fired it the computer. after that I changed some setting in the bios from the hard drive and uefi driver legacy etc. and the pc started to act strangely like doing loop. so I pressed reset cmos again . and it worked again . 
and now we here.
