I think i figured it out.  If anyone is experiencing this issue where you get import failed or error when trying to import all driver profiles in .txt format.  Somthing is utilizing your nvidia nvdrssel.bin file!

in my case it was Plex media server and Cyberlink PowerDVD.  Once i stopped all processes and set services to disabled of these applications.  I was able to import the profiles in .txt format sucessfully!.

ok so i was able to import the .txt file with your settings sajin, but when i open nvidia inspector to view the changes, i dont see any of your settings ID's showing at all.  I went ahead and exported all driver profiles again to check the .txt file to make sure your settings are still there, and they are.  So i dont know why i cant see them in nvidia inspector.  I tried launching the Game to see if there is any performance improvement and there is not.  Do i need your particular driver to use those setting ID's?

Ok so i just want to say somthing.  I use riva tuner and fraps to see fps and other info like gpu utilization and its impossible to see it with this game RDR2.  On top of that no sli profile i find on the web including Sajin's is working for me.  I know this because i know the game is only utilizing one GPU regardless of what i do in nvidia inspector.  This whole time i thought the different sli profiles i have tried are working, but they are not.  I get the exact same performance whether i use 1 gpu or 2 or 3.

I have the Titan X (maxwell) GPU's.

Is SLI only working for the RTX build of GPU's?

People were complaining about older gpu's not being able to work in sli with this game, so possibly.

I'm wondering--is it the case that SLI is now working without causing any additional graphical anomalies or bugs, as was the case originally?

Is it possible to link the RTX Titan with a Titan X(maxwell) Type gpu in SLI?

I just thought I would chime in that I have been playing the game without any real issues for the past few weeks in SLI with dual 2080TI's.  I haven't done anything crazy driver wise or anything else other than running Vulkan.  I've checked PrecisionX to make sure both GPU's are utilizing and they are.  I did have map flicker prior to the last driver, but that appears to be gone now as well.  Also worth noting, I am playing with HDR enabled.  I'm happy with the results.

No problems in sain denise ? What settings and resolution are you playing on? I’m curious because I also have 2 2080tis.
And having some problems.

Thanks.

Same for me.. No real issues last 3 weeks or so, aside from the odd crash on load-in which is annoying but fixable. There is still very minor flickering in some lighting conditions, especially in towns, but its' really nice averaging 65fps with these aging cards at 21:9 1440p. I wish I hadn't played 2/3 of the game with the horrible flickering which preceded the early April update, but I'm still glad they took the time to make these fixes, even if it took way too long.

I was disappointed when I saw that the 65 fps average was at 1440p, but then I noticed that you have two 1080 Ti's. I guess the 10 Series is still significantly lower than it should be when it comes to performance in this game?

1080 - non-Ti , and I'm playing the game at 1440p ultrawide, so 3440x1440. It taxes the hell out of these cards but SLI continues to scale very well. I get about 45fps average with one card.

Right you are! That does make a bit of a difference. I did understand it to be 3440x1440 though, which is significantly fewer pixels than 4K (~5M vs ~8M). But isn't your scaling somewhere around 35%? If so, I wouldn't honestly consider that 'very well'.

I'm just really hoping that the performance increase of the next generation is a lot better than the 20 Series, because I don't want to play RDR2 until I can maintain 60 fps at 4K with a single card.

Fair enough.. 35% in my experience is pretty good, first of all its better than zero / no SLI support which is the majority of games these days.. I have found the number of titles where it scales above about 30% to be few and far between. I'm with you 100% on next gen, I typically upgrade every 2 gens and this time I'm just gonna get the Ti and call it a day.

I always skipped at least one generation as well. But at the same time, for years I was well-served with the upper-mid range cards--260, 570, 770--because with a CRT I could start at 2304x1440 and just drop to lower resolutions to maintain a locked 60 fps. And also because MSAA actually used to work, as opposed to doing a garbage job while requiring 3x the resources it used to.

That changed when I went to a fixed-pixel 4K display, combined with the massive resources required for barely passable AA, and general lack of PC-specific coding & optimization.

I think you're right to go with the x80 Ti, if your usage case requires the processing power. At least it actually provides a significant performance increase--until the 7 or 9 Series, the card just above the x80 was always garbage value. E.g. if I'm not mistaken, the 8800 GTX was ~$500 USD, while the 8800 Ultra was literally just a marginally overclocked 8800 GTX and cost $700, lol. About $618 vs. $866 today.

But AMD (and Intel?) really need to puncture this pricing bubble of NVIDIA's...

I've been using Sajin's SLI settings/graphic options on a 2080TI FE SLI configuration - the game just did an update this week (not sure what day exactly) - now the game will flicker black a bit and error on GFX state. Anyone else seeing this after update? I'm assuming it's a conflict with the SLI config.... but man i need those FPS :/

It's not? Why not? Are they officially supporting SLI now?

Hello!

I tried to use both profiles from Sajin and JusticeFM, but its still don't work. It uses olny 1 GPU of 2 (1 GPU is 100% loaded, and 2 is 0). My GPU is 2x Nvidia GTX 770 OC Edition. Is there a way to get SLI working? Sorry for my poor English, i'm foreginer.

Same issue here. I can't get both GPUs up and running at the same time in RDR2. 3DMark Port Royal is working no problem for me, and I was able to get my name on the HoF in the 20s fiddling around a little.

I access the game via Steam but I have tried forcing both the PlayRDR2 file and RDR2 files for SLI (I tried every combo of settings...). I'm on two 3090s.

By the way, version of RDR2.exe is 1.0.1311.23. So, im running GPU-z monitor and start the game. Seeing GPU/Memory Clock growing up from 135/162 MHz to ~1400/1700 MHz on both cards and returns back to 135/162 on second card after few seconds. That's interesting...
