Not sure why they are not showing up for me as well.

Sorry for the delay, been fighting with my Power Adjust's to get them to work with my Aquaero.  Once I get this working, I will post the final pictures.  (Parts list has been finalized)

I did get 2x custom pump cables from ModMyMods.com and plan on using them once I get the PA3's working, would like to run both pumps at ~2000 RPM for less heat, instead of one pump running at max RPM all the time.  And as a point of reference for anyone wondering if one 3.2 DDC pump can run with all these components the answer is yes.  The pump is running coolant through, 3x Radiators, 3x QDC's, 8x water blocks, and a couple of angled fittings.  perfectly good temps and flow.

(Updated Front Page)

The Cables have a 1pin RPM signal cable, 3pin RPM cable and a 2pin Molex power cable.

Yeah, its pretty handy, instead of having to pop off the plugs you simply press the button and it releases the air.

Re: Primo II 2017/08/17 22:27:04 (permalink)
I did another revision to this system with a few upgrades.  I redid the QDC setup, there are now 6x CPC QDC's, an Aquacomputer flow sensor, 2x Bitspower Temperature sensors and no Drain ports.  The reason for the removal of the drain ports is because I can drain the system via QDC's, also all 3x Radiators, 3x GPU's, Pumps, and Motherboard can be removed from the system without having to drain it thanks to the QDC's.  And if you are wondering what my flow rate is: with one pump is around ~115 L/H with two pumps is ~175 L/H, that is not bad at all for using 6x QDC's.  I finally managed to get my PA3's working and added a Aquacomputer Hubby 7 to connect them and the Aquaero 6 Pro, since I got not get the Aquabus cables to work after swapping them.  I will upload more photos once I get some cables in for the DDC pumps.  I am also swapping out the Angel Bird PX1 since the PCB warp.  It will be replaced with an Aquacomputer kryoM.2 EVO or and Alphacool HDX 5 RAID Card, which is more compact and has a heatsink on both sides of the PCB.

(Updated) First Page

Running the system on 1x DDC 3.2 at the moment.

Idle coolant temperature, under load the max coolant temp I have recorded so far is 32c.  There is a temperature sensor on the Pump assembly and under the bottom 240 XE.

Here is the Aquacomputer Hubby 7 external USB expansion device.

Here is the Aquacomputer G1/4" Flow Sensor, I used non rotary EK fittings so the sensor would be stable and not have any flex.

(Updated) Fans now are intake on the bottom also, Improved temps by around 1-2c!

Re: Primo II 2017/08/17 22:42:32 (permalink)
Here is the system as of now with all the QDC's.   Again I did not bother with the EZ nylon clips that come with the EK QDC's since they are not designed too well and are made of plastic.  Instead I use (Bitspower Luxury Clamp For 5/8" OD Tube), they are metal and are tightened via an allen key so they are very secure, and work perfectly with the EK QDC's.  This would of not been possible with other large metal QDC's on the market since they are usually too long and require compression fittings on both ends which increase there overall length.

(Updated Front Page)

(Update) Bottom fans have been flipped for intake, instead of exhaust.

Thank you very much, In terms of noise it has a very audible hum because of the Vardar's, but for 16 fans running at ~1900 RPM  (to dissipate as much heat and quickly as possible, extremely good temps)  I would say the noise levels are pretty good.  The system would probably be a little quieter if I used the original Primo Solid window panel instead of the MNPC TECH Acrylic window.   The DDC pumps also are not too loud even at max RPM (Molex cable only connected).  I believe it comes down to mounting and where you install them in the case.  The pumps are mounted on the Primo main pump bracket and then has 2x DDC brackets, with Rubber spacers installed on the DDC Heatsinks.

This is the UPS system I have been using with the 1200 P2 for two years and it works great, its the PR1500LCD 1050w pure sine wave system.

After getting my PA'3 set up and showing up in aquasuite, I tried to set up the pumps on them only to find out that PWM pumps wont really work with them, so now I am back at square one and still trying to figure out how to control the pumps, though I have a few ideas that will hopefully work out.

Here are where the temperature sensors are located.  One on the pump assembly and one on the bottom 240 XE.  By getting rid of the Ball valves I was able to reduce the height of my bottom rad by an inch and remove the EK Uni Rad Holders.

Here is the back of the system with the jungle of cables, this has to be the most cables I have every had to deal with in a system.  I tried my best when it came to cable management, but its a ton.  Most of the cables are individually sleeved while the rest are just sleeved.  I am using a G3 550 PSU to power my DDC pumps externally while a wait for a 4way Molex splitter to show up, so I can finally control my DDC Pumps via PWM, basically I ran out of molex connections on my PSU and have to go to splitters now.

Yeah, certainly a bunch in there.  Been somewhat tricky considering that the PSU does not have anymore "PERIF" or "SATA" ports available, so it is down to splitters at this point.  Got the Molex splitter shipped so it should arrive this week hopefully.   I also updated the parts list to reflect the recent changes.   In December I plan on getting the (Phanteks Enthoo Primo Top Billet Fan Grill Cover) from MNPC-TECH with an anodized black finish to aid in the top heat exhaust, since the default Primo cover has a bunch of restrictive Mesh covering everything and a plastic inner support panel which I am not a fan of.
