I have upgraded my fat radiator on bottom with a Hardware Labs GTR 360 push/pull since last session
I ask bavor what he was doing to get his temps down and said he had 2 loops with disconects and 2 pumps with a Rad in a cooler with Ice and water for Gpu loop . I copy it and went over 16 K. plus 1000 w rebar vbios and classified tool which helped the memory OC better. 1600 w psu. The card has pulled over 870 w .When winter comes I can open garage door with out using ice and cooler and start runs at -3c any colder loop slushes up, this card should get close to 16400 in the winter I think. I don't think any scores above 16K have not used augmented cooling ! I Have 2x480 in front and 2x360 in the top, 60 mm thick, in push pull and with out a cold ambient temp Rads and fans can only do so much for benchmarks. Looking forward to Winter with ambient around at - 10 f . I won't need the 2nd chilled loop.
Here's 16K with 23C ambient temp and 520W BIOS. Max temp 46C

The card is very good but I need to find the way to get the temps very low to be able to use the 1K BIOS. Maybe the Optimus block and a 10C cold night in FL Winter to get 35C avg and see what I can get. The card needs 2180-2190 avg and +1300 mem to score 16K. My cooling is MORA3 420 with 8x 200mm fans D5 pump and 23C ambient temp. Delta temp at 520W around 14-15C. Above 550-600W its around 17-18C Delta.

I wanted to share this just in case it helps others... this might be an obvious known issue for seasoned testers but I did not know. When I got my kingpin RMA in my system, timespy would crash immediately no matter what I did after the benchmark starts. I had no +overclock, no +power, normal bios. I was getting really upset and walked away for a bit. Then I tried it with real world gaming and found that the card was performing on par versus my old card.
Last night, I uninstalled/reinstalled NVIDIA drivers and PX1. After some tinkering, I found that the HWM and OSD toggles in PX1 were causing the timespy benchmark to crash immediately following the start of any Timespy benchmark. Once I turned those toggles off, everything was golden and it seems that my RMA (though there are some dings and scratches :( ) is a very good card. It seems like there is some kind of conflict between the monitoring functions of these two pieces of software - PX1 and timespy. Hope this helps someone else that is frustrated with measuring performance.

Just found out that my card crashes instantly when it hits 2220mhz. It's not the end of the world but for now the end of chasing port royal scores.

Everything I was doing was getting opposite results on my card , flipped it back to OC switch and a moderate OC . maybe that's all its got. More power will run but scores just slow it down, I've pulled 580w and scored a 13898 #SMH do you even bother if you are not doing something special for extra cooling? https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/64891803

seeing these crazy scores makes my sub 10k look like a joke on my 2070.
how are you anywhere near 10k with a 2070? even a 3070 which is nearly 50% faster than a 2070 gets around 8100. my 3070 oced to 1950/7500 gets 8560. and personally I got my card to play games not push it beyond its limits just for some synthetic benchmark.

Just pulled the trigger on my Kingpin, should be here next week! I'm watching this thread with great interest.
Hope I'm not making a mistake, my FTW3 3090 get 14.9K in PR(Optimus waterblock), I want to at least get that!
My Kingpin block is on order from Optimus, but it will be a while before it gets here.

Just got my Kingpin Hybrid. Watched LUUMIs overclock guide, flipped front switch to OC bios, and have been playing with numbers in X1. The score is abysmal. I am very disappointed atm. The temps are too high, too. I don't want to push it any further because its not doing much. I have no touched the switches on the back. I am yet to find any info on what they do (nothing in the box but few pages with no info on switches). Also have not flashed the card. Which bios are you guys using? What can I do differently?  Must add, even though GPU-Z is showing 2220MHz max - I never see that number on the cards built in display. It never goes over 1920 and mostly stays in 1800-1900 range.

Umm... Says you're pulling 750 w and 90c mem/75c core. What bios is on that thing? Something is way wrong.
Bios version is in the screenshot. Btw, I have not installed any BIOS on it. This is what EVGA sent me.

Card must have had the 1000W BIOS installed on it. Don't think you could draw that much power otherwise.

Must add, even though GPU-Z is showing 2220MHz max - I never see that number on the cards built in display. It never goes over 1920 and mostly stays in 1800-1900 range.
Your temps are probably taking the clock bins down. It's very sensitive to temperature. Once you hit that threshold, the GPU will start knocking off OC bins, regardless of what the max is. I think it's super low, like mid-40C-something where that starts to occur. With you hitting 70c, it makes sense the OC is getting knocked down. You probably either need colder ambient, or ditch the stock hybrid cooling solution and put it under water. Once you start putting off that much heat, like 700W, that stock AIO won't do you good.
