16221 51st in Hall of Fame for single card. All while still on the stock hybrid cooler. I think I'm at about the upper limit of what I can do without decreasing the hotspot to GPU delta and the memory temps.
Wow, how do you manage to keep the card this cold with the stock cooler?

Yeah, my thing is trying to get the highest scores by spending the least amount of money/effort (this is literally just my daily setup thrown on to the balcony without any crazy voltages) I can't justify buying a chiller or anything fancy, when I build my house it will have its own chilled wall compartment though =)
All that said I can't wait to get my Optimus block and get it into a loop, probably a few months wait still at this point.

It probably has a lot more in it don’t remember the temp. -130 maybe. I was trying to break my timespy run and my cpu and memory wasn’t cooperating I didn’t have much ln2 left so I dropped to 5.4 and did like two port royal runs never really got to push it. Sometimes the mount will break on the paste and you’ll get temp raises. I’ve had this happen where it will cool like a champ then you lose mount and it won’t line up with the pot temps. You have to remount lapping helps this issue.

yep, after inspecting my mount it was clear the spread was not completely even. going to try next run with a different backplate (I have a flat metal plate that came with the reaktor \G) - using the icon extreme pot with a drilled out backplate from the previous icon. not sure why icon x doesn't ship with a backplate. will report back if this improves things. die is lapped.

Fixed my mount, only fullpot score I ran as I want to spend more time finding the max for this card, but very happy to get to fullpot and run all the way through, FINALLY. only downside now is...this really makes me want to get hands on the 3090 Ti KPE. pain 17283 at 2520/1369 core/mem 12900KS on water at 5.3, z690 dark, 6933 C31 1T http://www.3dmark.com/pr/1583649

haha thanks, it wasn't a spectacular result by any means but it was my first fullpot LN2 session so progress. Spent several hours on Saturday and way too much LN2 trying to beat it without luck. Closest I came was just under 17K (16980) and it looks like i'll be working on flattening the die a bit more this week. xoc is very fun, probably a really good weekend project that your son will always remember. really not super cost prohibitive either once you account for the buy once items needed. i've been paying under 50 cents per Liter this year. happy to answer questions or offer suggestions if you're serious about dabbling.
