Managed to snag a FTW3 for 997€ through ePrice, just 50€ more on the same exact model through EVGA EU shop. Not quite I was looking for but it was the best deal I ever found in the European segment.

Congrats on scoring a card!!

Looking forward registering it on my EVGA profile.

FTW3: Slight higher clock speeds, 3 fan cooler, dual 8-pin power, 10+2 power phase, comes with a higher power target, dual vbios.
SC2: Slight lower clock speeds, 2 fan cooler, 8+6 pin power, 7+2 power phase, has a lower power target than the ftw3, no dual vbios.

The label "Normal OC" referring to the two bios. In the first revision they are labeled "Master Slave".

I was planning on going down the custom loop route, but I think I'm going to wait until the next gen cards come out. Until then, this is more than satisfying. Not sure why I went with bottom intake on the hybrid. Just wanted to try it.

Love my FTW3. Honestly the only thing “bad” I can say about it is it kind of takes the fun out of overclocking it because it already runs at about 2000 MHz out of the box with gpu boost. That’s not actually a bad thing, though. You can still get a little more out of it but not a ton. Mine crashes when gaming at +75 MHz, but it’ll run 2025-2050 all day.

Ok so I just ordered my very 1st 1080ti. I've had the EVGA GTX 1070 Hybrid for about 9 months now and been dying to upgrade. Today I purchased the Evga 1080ti FTW3 hybrid. I'm excited about this and was wondering if this is a huge step up or a slight. Sorry for the Noobish question but I'm still new to this scene all together. Thx in advance

I actually had a 1070 hybrid and switched to the ftw3 hybrid as well. It's a pretty big step up if you're actually utilizing the extra power. A 1070 will be able to handle any game, albeit not always at the highest settings, but the 1080 ti will take it to the next level. I have a 1440p 165hz monitor that was basically pointless when playing games with high graphics settings with a 1070 because I wasn't getting the framerate necessary to make a difference. 1080 ti blows it out of the water. Playing games like PUBG at 1440p, where my 1070 was running at like 90 fps at best, now sits consistently at 144 (which is the built in fps cap in that game, so it's likely a good bit faster than that a lot of the time). Everything is just a whole lot smoother now.

I ordered mine right here lol. I bought the bundle with the x299 motherboard. I have z370 Arous gaming 7 so I obviously will be getting rid of the motherboard. I was pretty happy to because I refuse to pay $1000 or more for ANY card. That's just insane but I was super happy they got bundles in stock so I made sure to jump on it soon as I heard.

Same here! I went with the bundle dealyou're better off doing it that way, if you really want or need a 1080Ti now.
I personally prefer purchasing it through EVGA, it gives me piece of mind with extended warranty option when registering the product.

I refuse to pay $1,000-$1,300 for a 1080Ti...The audacity of these people tryin' to sell'em within that price and many used.
