it just looks deeper then it is.  0.055" deep, and 0.0625" across.  Just a REALLY close up picture, so it looks enormous.

Only one style as of now, no one asked me for anything other then pure copper.  I can make the top material out of anything someone wants, be it a form of plexi, color, acetal etc.  My labor will probably be the same, but the cost of the materials will usually be cheaper then solid copper.

Craigs list for the win.  Located a compressor.  Will be picking it up monday.  In the meantime I have lots of little Vreg blocks to cut.

All little carbon copies.

I will say, for a handmade machine, the repeatability is on point.

Good news, almost done with all the bottom portions of the Vregs.

Bad news, broke my CARBIDE endmill!  arrghh!!  Now I am at the mercy of the postal service.  Good thing I thought ahead and ordered some last week.

Heading out monday night to pick up a 5 HP 17 gallon Air compressor.

Awesome hope the lessons you teach your self will allow you to refine and hone your skills to the point where you can do this stuffs in your sleep! :) I will at some point be seeing if I can commission you to go even farther perhaps even make blocks for any video cards I at some point pick up! Would be very neat to have a Full ND system solution on all my components where all of them are water and air redundancy! But for now Patient as ever in awaiting word of the block your currently working on. Also please send me a PM about the personalization's I've requested on my current order so we can work out any final details on that. Do you think at some point in the next year you may be up to making some specialized blocks for ram and or the video cards?

If so or not either way I'm glad I found you before I went with the current systems on the market. And be sure to let me know if there's any way I may be able to assist you in your current endeavors.

Finally finished 1 VR block.

sitting on a huge slab of Aluminum which is soon to be the new mill.

Still in a holding pattern awaiting some new endmills.  Ordered last week.  STILL not sure when they will arrive, but I got parts ready to go upon their arrival.

The lessons learned yesterday with the sandblaster:
1. Don't do it outside, when its humid
2. Empty the tank often, liquid will build up and get all over the parts that need to be dry while blasting.

Hey Nateman it seams your CPU block thread has dissipated i think it would be good if you were to post the pictures of your design again in this thread so anyone joining now to the forums knows of your Dual Water / Air cooled block.
