First, my apologies for dropping off the face of the earth.  My job blocked the EVGA forums so I couldnt chat at work anymore, so that hindered commo.  Second, I haven't been asked to make any waterblocks in a loooong time, and I never really pushed them on anyone.  Mostly they sell themselves through word of mouth (and this forum) and I get asked once in a blue moon, but unless they come in batches it isn't worth it 1 at a time when it comes to a CNC.  Third, not to knock new folks, I always welcome them... but all the new people clamoring a while back for there "100 posts" for whatever the reason was just was such a turn-off.  Spam threads every few seconds.  Thankfully that seemed to have calmed down.

That being said, It blows my mind that out of nowhere people just messaged me to make a batch of SR2 waterblocks.  I remember being at my wife's side while she was giving birth to my first-born, while I was designing the first production run of the SR2 waterblock (with fancy "new" O-rings), and my daughter is 4 months away from being 10 years old.  That makes me realize that the SR2 motherboard is going on at least 10 years old... and people are still rocking them... and asking me to make waterblocks for them.  Be it their fan broke, or they want to OC the hell out of it.

So this is just me noticing that a company that can design a piece of tech that is still in use TEN YEARS LATER... is a credit to them.  Not to  blow my own horn, but I designed this block 10 years ago and it still remains completely unchanged.  It has to be the PC industries longest running waterblock in production.

Man I miss this.  :)

Good to see you're alive and well. Still making those Damascus steel knives - or moved on to some other project that will amaze us all?

Sup Nateman_doo. Long time. Thanks for the project again. Now show the collection please

Those who abuse power, are nothing but scumbags! The challenge of power is how to use it and not abuse it. The abuse of power that seems to create the most unhappiness is when a person uses personal power to get ahead without regards to the welfare of others, people are obsessed with it. You can take a nice person and turn them into a slob, into an insane being, craving power, destroying anything that stands in their way.

Wish I had discovered these forums when you were making the Asrock Extreme11 x79 blocks... still rocking my board, with its 24 + 2 power phases and two 2 PLX PEX chips.  Can boot from M2 drives, but will never get over the freakin fan noise!

To my knowledge, he never stopped making those blocks. He just doesn't visit the forums as frequent anymore. If you are interested in getting one built, I would private message him.
