I really wish they would announce B-stock as well. I can't believe they had 980Ti's this week in the B-stock and I missed out on those :/.

Hi @EVGA_JacobF Any chance you could move that VGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 GAMING, 11G-P4-6696-KR, that is just sitting in the DYI section with no takers to some place I could buy just it? I don't need cases and power supplies... and it looks like no one else tonight does either - Possible?

stock is going to be at a trickle until next gen. no idea on gp102 production but gddr5 and 5x has been reduced....a lot. it's also more expensive. unless you get a smoking deal i have no idea why anyone would buy a card right now with next gen literally around the corner

Supposedly, Vega is not as good for gaming as the 1080 ti. And many gamers cannot wait for the next gen after for a potential gaming card and thus are buying the last stock now

I am so depressed over the recent price gouging from 3rd party retailers. I am in the process of purchasing components for a new build and can't seem to catch a break finding a good deal for a GPU. It seems that I will be stuck waiting until prices fall.

this is ignorant supply is the problem. mining was FAR more profitable in nov/dec and GPU's were everywhere. we are on the edge of a new gen release. production has scaled down .....too far down. the idea most likely was to exhaust 10 series stock before the 11 series release. nvidia just timed it completely wrong having exhausted supply in jan rather than mar retailers aren't getting pallets of cards anymore, they are getting UPS boxes full two theories exist on this and i have no idea which is true. theory 1 is ram and cards are in low production thus the trickle. theory 2 is pascal is at end of life and there is no more production. the existing supply is being trickled on to the market daily to prevent there from being literally none until next gen launches. if i had to guess i would say there is more evidence for theory 2

Tbh I feel like the powers that be, whoever they are, are milking the heck out of the 1080 ti's since there is no urgency to compete with vega. I think perhaps once Amd comes up with something that is on the heels of pascal then we will see Volta (?)
