New build - Step by step over the next few months

I'm ready for an upgrade. I will be learning as I go.
 
My plan is to build a 4090/I9-14900k system, with custom water cooling for CPU and GPU.
I plan on posting the build as I get the parts. I would love some input! 
 
These are the parts I've already collected:
 
Case - Corsair obsidian 1000D
Power SupplyThermaltake Toughpower GF3 TT Premium 1350
RAMG.Skill Trident Z5 Royal 48 GB (2 x 24 GB) DDR5-7200 CL36 Memory

    Are you dead set on intel for your CPU? AMD is killing it right now. IMO only reason to stay with 14900k is if you're needing the additional cores and get a good deal on it.
