    So what happened?  EK Founder and or CEO living a lavish life style or bad company decisions led to this?  I can't get to the bottom of it unless its been said already.

    I think...
    The controlling partners pushed the ceo out (who had made the company a success).
    They did this by forcing bad ideas, on him.
    Then they hired unqualified family and friends to drive it into ground...
    Again.."I know nothing!"
    That was my take after watching GN..
