I wish I had some sage words of wisdom for tonight.  Something to put today's discourse into context...to provide a long lens in which to view our current circumstances.  But, alas, I do not have the skill, vision or...distance...to make such an offering.  Instead, I will just say that I firmly believe that the folks at EVGA -- like the members of our community here -- are all acting in good faith...trying to do the best we/they can among challenging circumstances not of our own creation. 
 
Today was a rough day and there is a real chance I missed a report or two.  I will try to do another scrub tonight for any late reports.  Feel free to PM me with any additional reports you find [thanks in advance!].

A lot of people say “EVGA IS OUT BEST BET, IT’S WAY BETTER THAN ANY AIB PARTNER OUT THERE”.
I’m not being ungrateful here but you mean we cannot improve the quality of customer service? Agree that evga has been doing absolutely decent job in avoiding bots and bringing a system that works for real people.

What I’m suggesting is that instead of pushing productions of newer skus, equally making all cards across the board so that everyone can be happy about where they are at in the queue system, not favoring the most profitable ones( agree that this is a business, but $729 dollars is still a whole lot of money, stop saying that it’s ok to favor more profitable cards, you can sell much more budget ones comparing to more expensive models, quantity would make up for the profit)

Hope everyone that's got a card coming has a trouble-free experience with no delays or issues, we rollin' again tomorrow!
 
The Kingpin queue only moving 2 minutes makes me think the chances of it actually making it to my queue time are    since they normally only make so many of them period.
 
People complaining about the Hybrid release etc: They always release Hybrid cards later because they spend additional R&D time on them etc, complaining that people are "getting cards before other queues" - that's not really their fault, and blaming them for it is very silly.
These are unusual & bad times for a lot of the world, at least one of the only things we're worrying about is when we're getting a graphics card, in most cases. ^_^
