You can TRY and email and have them hold it for you but my guess would be you'd be SOL. With the demand they have, if somebody found out they were holding it for you while they were also on the list and could be next, EVGA would get a **** storm for it.

Any update on the 3080 FTW3 Ultra Hybrid (10G-P5-3898-KR)? The initial batch from 11/13 isn't even close to being fulfilled, and none of them have gone out this week (as opposed to the XC3, which made huge leaps today). Jacob mentioned on twitter earlier this week that this SKU was their first priority. Have they been delayed?
